I would like to thank the team for their support and communication throughout my tenancy and move-out process. Moving house can be very stressful, especially while buying a new home at the same time, but the agency was always polite, approachable, and willing to respond to questions when needed. Avoid this agency. They are currently holding my deposit and it’s been 18 days. I have called multiple times for an update, but I’m getting nowhere. It’s clear that once you move out, you are no longer a priority to them. Save yourself the headache and find an agency that actually picks up the phone and follows the rules."... Read more
