Very rude staff answered the phone, I booked a viewing with them, and got lost I found a place to pack my car and messaged them, the house is inaccessible with a car I then packed somewhere to walk, when I got there I called them and staff was rude I was late,I explained to her that I was expecting a call from them as I had sent a message earlier saying I was lost.They said they had seen the message and its not their job to ring me.Bunch of jokers not prepared to follow sale through.If you want to sell your house stay away from this bunch of time wasters.I have seen better services from other agents.I wish could give a 0 star Good Ridiance

Everyone at Northwood has been a pleasure to work with. Always freindly and responsive. It was a great expereince. Maintenance, was always friendly and very reponsive. The always went out of there way to be helpfull and efficient.

Out of all the estate agents in Peterborough I have spoke to Northwood is by far the worst! When I called I was spoken to by a very rude unprofessional woman who would not discuss anything at all over the phone with me and would only communicate by email (really not ideal) we asked to view a property she was very rude and uncooperative we ended up decided we didn't want to view it at all because we want to go through an estate agent where we feel we aren't going to have constant trouble with and being messed about by! I will in future be avoiding looking or going for any property that are with Northwood!

My experience being a tenant for more than two years at a property under Northwood letting agency was a positive one. The agency in general tried their best to resolve any issue that came up during the tenancy period. Moving out was an exceptionally smooth process on the agency’s part -clear instructions were given and the member of staff that I was dealing with was nothing but polite and helpful.

Amazing agency ! I had some mixed experience with letting agencies before. But I have to say Northwood is defiantly on top of the list.
1) First of all they where quick to let me to view the property
2) Than the processes of references and paper work went very smoothly
3) Once I was accepted, and came to pick up keys, they have welcomed me with a GIFT BOX full of useful coupons for household items and some snacks
4) When I moved in there was some tinny problems, they where very quick to respond and within 3 days of me moving to the property those problems where addressed
Would defiantly recommend !

Really great staff I didn’t get the original place I wanted but they took the time to understand what I was looking for and matched me with a more affordable bigger property.
First time moving out so they have been a massive help in the process responding quickly to any questions highly recommend!

I have had wonderful experience with Northwood while renting a property in Peterborough. They are extremely professional in their approach, and also very warm and helpful. Special mention for Lettings Manager Ms. Rebecca Danielle, who had taken extra effort to help me secure the property which I had been longing for. Thanks to Director Mrs. Jill Brocklebank and the rest of the Northwood team to help me during this time of pandemic.

Wonderful experience!
We had such a beautiful service and a friendly team, we have nothing to complain about because everytime that we had any problem they resolved immediately. The house was very well maintained and clean.
Rebecca is wonderful, whenever we sent her an email about anything we needed she was very prompt and answered us and in the future, if we will want to rent another house we will definitely contact her and this agency again. Thank you for this experience and anyone who read this review, please feel confident and contact this agency.
