Used Fraser Kelly to sell our family home. The service from Fraser is second to none. He is there 24/7 for any questions, he gave his honest opinion for anything we asked. The feeling we got when first met Fraser was genuine honest and looking out for you. There was no pushy sales pitch or hidden agenda like I have heard about other estate agents. He genuinely cared and you just felt he would do the best for you selling the house. He has a lovely welcoming manner and knew he would sell the house to its best. The pictures and video footage (including drone footage) were superb. Friends and family commented on how amazing the house looked. We were kept fully informed of every stage, he done all viewings weekdays and weekends. The house was sold in 9 days from going live to a closing date with a fantastic amount of interest and ultimately an incredible amount of offers to choose from which we were delighted with. I can’t thank Fraser and his team enough for all they done and wouldn’t use anyone else. Top class estate agent but more importantly a lovely genuine person.

The balance of professionalism and personal touch from Fraser and Jen is absolutely perfect.
We never had to wait on a reply from them, they always got back to us as quickly as possible and made us feel that no questions or queries were ever a hassle. Where do we start? What an amazing, personal and professional experience we have had with Fraser and Jen from Fraser Kelly Estate Agency. It hasn’t been the easiest ride but they were with us from start to finish, checking in regularly and not making us feel like a nuisance when we had additional questions. I met Fraser while getting my mother’s house cleared and ready to sell. I had an appointment with two other estate agents but canceled after meeting him. He was so nice and ready to explain everything I needed to know. He took his time and walked me through the process without being in a hurry. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I was put very much at ease. After I flew back to the US he kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot express my gratitude to Fraser and Jen enough, they have been there for me with answers to my questions, recommendations when I needed something. Fraser and his wife Jen went beyond professional with the sale of my flat. At every stage of the proceedings, from initial contact (he was recommended to me) appraisal of my flat, through to arranging the survey, he and his wife Jen were attentive and very friendly.
I was not living in the property at the time, i handed the keys to Fraser and he took care of everything (inc getting his spark to fix an electrical fuseboard issue that increased the Market value by a few thousand!!)
I was kept informed about the viewings (done by Fraser himself) every day and before long - i got an offer on my flat that was exactly what he said it would get at the top end of the range.
I am delighted, so delighted i have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody looking to sell their property.
2 Crucial factors for me was the flat fee he charges - no commission means he offers each client the SAME outstanding service, he's not going to be swayed by a potential bigger sale of a more expensive property (which with other agents that charge a 1% fee means an extra £1k in their pocket for a property worth £100k more. I've been a victim of that in the past). Secondly it was the recommendations and reviews i received about his business model -
He only takes on a few clients at a time, thus can give them a more personal and tailored approach.
So if you want to be valued as a client and receive the best service then speak to Fraser.

Fraser recently handled the sale of our flat and supported us throughout the whole process, achieving a sale price which exceeded our expectations which was an excellent outcome for us. In addition to this he was able to advise us on our purchase side, and his insights were invaluable in helping us understand the dynamics of the selling / buying processes applying in our circumstances and in our local market. It was extremely easy to communicate with him and his team directly, and it was genuinely a pleasure to deal with him at what was quite a stressful and busy time. He arranged the home report and photos, the surveyors and photographer were extremely professional. Our neighbours remarked on the quality of the marketing content which resulted in wide interest in our property and a large number of viewings. Fraser personally conducted viewings for us and we felt that potential buyers would appreciate that he was knowledgeable about the property and local area and would be responsive to any questions they would have. It was clear to us that he established great communication with potential buyers and he gave us feedback very quickly. An offer which was subject to sale of the buyer's property was secured and accepted and we were in a property chain which has an inherent element of uncertainty. We had had our offer on a property accepted however there was a risk that if our sale would not conclude within a certain timescale our seller would go back to the market as there had been other interested parties. Fraser was able to maintain great communication with our buyer and understand what was happening with her sale and along the chain affecting us. This allowed us to reassure our seller that our sale was on track. Fraser even offered to speak directly with our seller's agent to provide a direct update and assess the position on our behalf. Ultimately our sale and purchase concluded successfully, and we are very happy to have completed our house move. We felt that it was a real advantage having Fraser on our side in the process and have gone on to recommend Fraser’s service to friends and family.

Fraser and the whole team at KW have exceeded expectations at every stage of the selling process. Communications and customer service, even for our wee flat, were some of the best I've experienced from any business.
Everything from the photos, video and marketing right through to viewings and handing over the keys on the very last day was a five star experience.
Not only did they take great care of us as sellers. We could see that they took equally good care of prospective buyers.
In conducting the viewings personally Fraser was able to quite actively respond to their needs and follow up in the way most big chains just couldn't come close to.
This personal touch led, I'm very confident, to the flat being on the market for one business day and selling significantly over our asking price.
If every business did business like this the world would be a much better place.

I can’t recommend Fraser Kelly highly enough. From start to finish the process was done in a timely manner with excellent communication throughout. It is a great help to have a single point of contact who is always available.
No task or ask was too large or too small to get his immediate attention and assistance.
In my case I was selling a property whilst residing in another country so had to lean fairly heavily on Fraser for assistance in day to day matters and checks which he completed promptly and without complaint.
I would thoroughly recommend his services.

If you are thinking of selling your home, I would have no hesitation in recommending Fraser Kelly. From the moment I met Fraser I just had trust in both him and his personalised approach to selling property. This was particularly important to me as I was not living in the property at the time of selling however, it would still have been attractive if I was. I literally handed over my keys and Fraser took care of everything! Fraser and his team go above and beyond.. from their knowledge of the property market, professionalism and keeping in touch during every step of the process.. they provide a fantastic service and always have time to answer any questions.. no matter what time it is! If you’re selling a house in the south side of Glasgow, don’t look anywhere else.??We gave Fraser the less than enviable task of trying to sell our house in the midst of Liz and Kwasi’s economy experiment.
In a matter of days, the market had gone from buoyant and positive, to anxious and almost grinding to a halt, but Fraser’s help and guidance throughout the process was absolutely key to us achieving an incredibly positive end result.
He organised the surveyor, photographer and listing on the appropriate channels, all backed up with a front-and-centre social media campaign, so that our home looked as good as it could, and attracted as many viewers as possible.
Throughout he was always on hand to answer any queries, guide people around viewings, liaise with interested parties and their solicitors, and provide valuable negotiating strategies when it came to the crunch.
Even when we had a sale fall through, Fraser was quick to react, get our home back on the market, and ultimately found an even better offer within a shorter period of time.
On moving day, Fraser was fully available to ensure any last minute hiccups were resolved quickly, and kept in touch with us and our buyers throughout the day.
We couldn’t recommend his service enough.

From our very first meeting with Fraser it was clear that he was very knowledgable and professional. Fraser made it clear that he was the best Estate Agent to go with given his extensive knowledge of the East Renfrewshire area. This was our first experience selling a property and Fraser guided us through the process seamlessly, communicating clearly and concisely our options at each step of the process. I called Fraser to enquire about letting my property, even though he does not provide this service he was more than happy to talk over some details with me and to also provide some recommendations, this really impressed me as he went above and beyond when he didn’t have to, i took his recommendation of Arc Properties and received excellent service

Could not recommend Fraser enough. After our home had been on the market with purple bricks for 14 months we had just about given up all hope of ever selling. We made the decision to switch estate agent from purple bricks to Fraser Kelly and he not only managed to sell our home within 2 weeks but also sold it for a considerable amount over asking price. Fraser has just sold my house for me, it was put on market on the Wednesday and it was sold on the following Monday, Fraser does everything from start to finish and informs you regularly of next stages, he even done Sunday viewings which i think is where my buyer got involved, so he goes the extra mile, and even though the sold sign is up, i can still contact Fraser for advice, i would recommend Fraser to anyone thinking of buying or selling their house.

I was shown around a fantastic flat that Fraser was the estate agent for which I ultimately ended up buying.
Fraser was open with me about the flat which made him easy to trust - talking about things that would appeal to some buyers but not others, and estimated prices for a couple of small repairs etc. He was friendly and didn't exaggerate or make me feel pressured.
During negotiating the purchase price he was open about how he would serve the best interests of the seller in advising them and what sort of figure relative to the area and type of flat he would advise to take the flat off the market before subsequent viewings. I found what he said to be trustworthy and authentic and fitting with my own understanding of the market conditions at the time.
I appreciated that he kept me in the loop about interest from potential buyers on viewings on days after before I made an offer.
I also appreciated that he made sure that the keys worked and helped me get used to the lock once i bought it ( and made sure we got in the building when it turned out the front door key had been replaced and posted through the flats' letter boxes!) last minute on a Friday :)

Having never sold a property before I was looking for someone who would help guide me through the full process, which is exactly what Fraser did. I felt well informed and confident with any decisions I was required to make. Fraser made the whole process very easy! Working shifts I was unsure how I would fit viewings in that suited other people, he took full responsibility for this and did all viewings and made contact with all potential buyers.
