Absolute slumlords. Do not rent a property off these cowboys - they rarely fix issues and when they do, they use god awful contractors whose shoddy work comes undone rapidly. Should be illegal

Over more than 10 years I have used Kelrick to manage two rentals for me. The people I've communicated with on their rentals team have changed over time, but always seemed competent and were happy to deal with issues I put to them. Prospective changes in the law mean that I am leaving the market and my last rental is in the process of being sold to the tenant. Thank you for your help over the years.

Very poor service.
Booked viewing only for no one to show up and not communicate back. I took day off for nothing to come sit in the snow and wait for no one.
Between the time property was booked for a viewing within the next 2 days am told property is already occupied.
Very shady bunch.

We could not have asked for a better person to help us in our recent rental. Kelly was kind, helpful, honest and understanding whilst dealing with us. I have used Kelrick in the past, with equal success as we've had recently. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I've dealt with a few other estate agents and Kelrick has stood out positively, giving me an extra feeling of security with its insistence on checks and fairly comprehensive photographing of the state of property before move-in.
Georgia Nicholas and Katie Scuse were both professional and understanding, they answered every question I had and have come back to me quickly regarding any issues.

We have recently purchased a property through Kelrick property, over the last 6 months its been extremely stressful going back and forth with the solicitors , especially the last month that the mortgage offer we had was due to expire, we have to give huge thanks to Nikita , Nikita was in constant communication with us giving updates and going directly to solicitors , doing absolutely everything in her power to help us out, she was absolutely fantastic , over the months i spoke to her many times and i was happy, stressed , half crying and everytime she was fantastic so calm .the pressure Nikita had being in the middle to ensure the sale went thought must have been huge but she always remained friendly and professional . It was really awesome dealing with Kelrick Properties. They were quite helpful in finalising our move to our new apartment. Katie Skuse was pleasant and patient with us as we waited for our guarantor. She demonstrated excellent customer service with lots of laughter and I had no doubt that we were dealing with the right people. The entire process was transparent and assuring. To ice the cake, we got an awesome surprise move-in gift box from Kelrick Properties which contained a lot of goodies!
