I would be very careful about using this company. I had a property with a serious damp issue which Kelvin Francis did not proactively chase the landlord. I had to refer the complaint to The Property Ombudsman who agreed KF were not proactive enough in chasing landlord. The TPO upheld the complaint and was offered compensation for their poor service. So if you want an agent who is not proactive then choose Kelvin Francis

Poor Service that is not frightened to use or show any form of Discrimination.
If disabled my advise is avoid this service altogether.
They are only money grabbers and "NOT" a helpful or experienced service. They also lack professionalism.

Kelvin Francis has been my tenancy management firm for the past four years living in Cardiff. Prompt, responsive and kind mannered, all my requests and problems have been sorted as soon as, and as conveniently as, possible. When I eventually move on from my rental here I will be sorry to lose them.

These were the agents for a property we rented. All the staff were invariably professional and helpful, carrying out regular inspections and following through on any queries and issues. If I had a property to rent, I would definitely use this company!

Not really helpful if something on property goes wrong. I usually wait weeks for the agency to answer my emails and months to fix a problem
