I used Kelvin Francis to sell my brothers home recently. I first met Jan to value the property, he was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in the company and team. The marketing and sales process was efficient, and I was regularly updated throughout on viewings and offers. Finally with a very robust sales progression process, we exchanged on the sale in a very good time frame.
Overall very impressed with all the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Purchased my New property through the Cyncoed office. I could not rate the team highly enough. They were amazing from start to finish with knowledge and empathy no matter what was presented. Communication was out standing and they really go over and above to keep you in the loop over the entire process.
Must give a special mention to Mark, who helped make our process so much easier with great advice as well as being a great communicator between all parties. Also Sarah who no matter how many visits we needed to the property was more than happy to accommodate.
Super team and in all honesty wish I had sold my home with them as well as purchase with them.

Kelvin Francis were acting for the sellers of the property I was buying. From my perspective it’s clear why they have won awards for their service - their agent was thoroughly informed about the property when showing it, way more so than many other agents I met with in my search, and their sales progression rep (Mark) has been helpful well beyond the narrow scope of his client, working across the chain to keep all parties informed and everything moving, arranging a meet with the sellers to understand the various features etc. House moves are supposed to be generally pretty horrendous, Kelvin Francis team have worked together to make it painless and pretty stress free.

As first time buyers we were new to the whole procedure of buying a property throughout the whole purchase everyone I've spoke to in the office couldn't have been more helpful especially Barbra! Our purchase took a little longer than we would of liked due to issues higher in the chain Barbra kept me in the loop with what was happening and if she didn't have a answer she made sure to go away and get me one couldn't of asked for better communication!

I have been tremendously impressed with all the staff I have dealt with at Kelvin Francis all the way through from initially putting the house on the market to final completion. Each person involved has kept me fully informed of proceedings and, in my opinion, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. In particular, Matt was wonderful when dealing with viewers of the house and then, once an offer had been accepted, Mark was fantastic in ensuring the sale went through smoothly. If either of these two were not available, there was always somebody else in the office who was highly knowledgeable about the situation and who could step in.
I very highly recommend Kelvin Francis Estate Agents. I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of the staff I encountered.

We recently purchased a beautiful house in Llanishen, Cardiff with the fantastic help of Kelvin Francis. From the very beginning, the entire team impressed us with their professionalism and genuine care. They struck the perfect balance, making us feel both valued customers and friends throughout the process.
Mark, our dedicated agent, was absolutely outstanding. He kept us fully informed every step of the way, constantly liaising with solicitors, other agents, and anyone else involved to ensure a smooth transaction. For example, There was a complex negotiation with the seller, but Mark's calm and persistent communication ensured a successful outcome for us. We never felt like we were out of the loop, and his proactive approach took a huge weight off our shoulders.
