Not Responsive! Renting a property through them is kind of rocket science,!! Have gone to view a property to let, and has to wait without response! After few days I’ve made a follow up call but to my surprise, they politely avoided me by saying that they will get back to me with the decision from the landlord( As in they are doing the selection process for the next king of England)! It’s been 2 weeks since then and I haven’t heard anything. Anyways, I kept looking for other options and I’ve moved in to another property for which the viewing was arranged by Allen & Harris at Cathedral road.
If I had waited for their response, I wouldn’t be able to find the rental property this year.

Having rented through about 6 different agencies, this was by far the best experience I had. They wee quick to respond to and handle any issues. Unlike many others they were very fair when it came to checking out and deposits.

The team here are second to none.
Such a family feel to the way I was dealt with.
Jonathan and the girls are so friendly, helpful but most of all, the listen and don't try to baffle you with psychobabble.
Excellent range of properties and from what I hear, they are excellent letting managers.

We were tenants at a property that was managed by Croft Davies and Co. Throughout our whole experience we do not have a bad word to say about them. Any issues we had with the property were solved with professionalism and efficiency. The house was well managed and we were able to get hold of them with ease. Couldn't recommend a better service from an estate agents, especially throughout lockdown. Thank you again.

I would rather not leave any stars the worst estate agents I've came across, a friend of mine rented a 2bed flat off these people Mae's y felin farm lisvane and although it looked lovely and rural on viewing DO NOT be fooled its very damp and once moved in they do not care about you my friend suffered with a bad chest for weeks until she moved out finally the mould that grows up the walls is awful and it's not just downstairs as the flat above is riddled with mould and damp aswell call after call after call about getting the problems fixed and nothing! The window seals are all going as well. New bathroom fitted but hot water doesn't work its luke warm
Brand new toilet wobbly as they get cheap cowboys to do jobs they're not qualified for. they haven't been out to fix this they paint over problems and never get them fixed.
Before you invest any money into these people do your research as you will be very sorry!!!!
