I contacted K2K Property Management to Rent out my property. Their Director Mr Shah came over to my property and evaluated my rental property potential. He suggested further refurbishing the property to increase the rental income. I was introduced to Mr Hasan who would Project Manage the House Refurbishment. K2K were able to provide me with a 360 service from Home Refurbishment to acquiring a Tenant and full 12 months property management. A tenant was found quickly after the home Refurb. I’d like to thank Mr Shah for his quick delivery in finding a tenant and closing the deal quickly, cheers. A special mention goes to Hasan though, couldn’t have done it without him, he held his own, kept his nerve, managed the home refurb effectively and consistently updated me on costs and challenges he faced, which were not easy ones considering it was an old and outdated home, he delivered the goods, thanks Hasan, and also for guiding the builders with the home deco and materials. Also a special thanks to the Builders, despite the work taking twice as long, the quality of the work that they delivered was outstanding, in particular the bathroom, it looks great.... Read more
