Had a very mixed experience with KFH. Whilst they sold our flat relatively quickly and were always professional I didn’t feel like the agent predominantly dealing with our sale was personable or always kept us in the loop.

Unfortunately I received more information about the sale from the other agents in chain and from my own research and never even received a call or email from the agent about completing our sale.

We did deal with another branch who we listed our property with who kept in contact around sale.

Although we never ended up renting a property with them, the process of looking was made so much easier by the help of their team and even after we found somewhere else they were so lovely about it! Krystal in particular spent a lot of time with us helping us decide on properties and kept in touch with us and followed up so that it really felt like a personal experience! She was also very honest and transparent about everything which made us feel as if we could trust them. When we are looking again we will definitely use KFH first.

You often see a persons best attributes in adversity and this was 100% the case with my experience with Damien Jeffries.
Damien professionalism and experience was for sure the reason our transaction made it to an exchange of contracts. Everything that possibly could go wrong during a conveyancing process definitely did during our purchase. A lesser agent would have lost the trust / faith of all involved but Damien somehow managed to keep all the plates spinning and we got over the line.
As a buying agent, I deal with many estate agents and Damien has proven to be one of the best out there. If you are looking for an exceptional sales agent in Fulham/Parsons Green, call Damien at KFH before anyone else!
