This review is for Sales Execs Chris Taylor at KFH Highgate, and Jayden Shilah at Crouch End KFH. After trying to sell our home for the 4th time in 11 years, this time we did it with the fantastic work of these two. We have exchanged on our sale and purchase (completion in 4 weeks). Chris Taylor: from the outset he has been professional, friendly, helpful and spent a lot of time making this happen so it works for everyone involved. I admit I was such a cynic in terms of estate agents and my experience of them in the past. However, Chris (and Jayden) have really turned me around. I've seen Chris work hard and be attentive to every detail. We look forward to moving in to our new home - Chris is your guy in Sales at KFH Highgate. (PS I am not his Mum, this is an honest review by a real punter!!) Super great work KFH all round. Cheers guys.

I had a great experience with KFH and would like to make a special mention of Samantha Clegg who as an agent went above and beyond what we expected. If I'm honest I had heard some warnings about estate agents (we're first time buyers) when searching for a property but Sam dispelled lots of myths. She was honest with us at each stage and helped us achieve the right price with a very friendly and genuine approach. What was extra special was she was happy to meet for private coffees and we believe she really treated both vendor and seller in the best possible ways. Her response time was always exceptional too, despite being very busy. I would highly recommend Sam. She is excellent at her job.
