Dreadful experience,very unprofessional. As soon as I paid the booking fee the agent was too busy to answer my emails or take my calls, I had to go by their office in person to get the details of their account and sign the contract. The agreed works to be done before the move in date were never carried out and then they told me to take it up with their client, the landlord. As useful as the appendix, would only recommend to my enemies.
