Attentive service all the way up until you actually have paid for the flat... Good luck getting your deposit back on time. I have rented two flats from foxtons now and both took several weeks and numerous emails to get my deposit back. I am still waiting on my current deposit a month after leaving the flat and 3 weeks after the full deposit refund was confirmed

My boyfriend and I were stuck in a sticky situation with Jack Barclay Estates and a flat we found for the two of us but they turned out to be the WORST. Not professional at all, non responsive and just the worst choice. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.
We then decided to go through Foxtons (like I was a few years ago), and we found a place to live in less than a week!! We’re very thankful to Raghad, the agent that helped us find it. She’s been amazing and she’s so lovely and nice!! Definitely the best decision we’ve made. So excited to start this new chapter!! And all thanks to them!

Malika was incredibly helpful in our property search, after a few weeks of difficulty finding a flat we called her up and she helped us find a great property that same day, even going out of her way to get us to view the property that evening. She also helped us write our application to the landlord and provided useful advice to ensure our offer was accepted. We’re very thankful for all her help and for making the process so smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a property!
