My friend and I are in the process of finalising our tenancy agreement through KFH Peckham Rye and it's been great from the start. Paul Johnson and everyone at this branch have been extremely helpful, transparent, and speedy in answering all queries and providing guidance in order to give us the best chance to secure the property. They were very understanding with deadlines and sent everything promptly.

The service from start to finish has been highly professional, with all agents, especially Paul Johnson, being communicative and efficient throughout. I had struggled to let my property through another agent for several weeks, however once KFH took charge I had two offers on the table the next week. Highly recommend this agent for Lettings.

Rented us a property with a landlord they knew to be extremely aggressive and exploitative. Then at the end of the tenancy they rented it to another group of unsuspecting victims. A year later I get called by the new tenants saying they’re experiencing the exact same thing. Awful behaviour
