Fantastically helpful and responsible people. Huw and Tom, the property managers from Caddington Blue were always helpful, friendly and very patient. The landlady was really kind, thoughtful, responsive and friendly too. The communication was excellent. Repairs or replacements provided quickly and conveniently. Questions answered with great patience and candidness. All costs and expences were clearly stated in the tenants hand book and tenancy agreement which was comprehensive and informative. I would highly recommend Caddington Blue to prospective tenants as these are very decent, honest, dedicated and efficient people.

We’ve used Huw to look after our property portfolio for 12 years and when he started Caddington Blue 7 years ago, it was an easy decision to migrate all our Apartments for him to manage. What makes Huw different from other Agents is he doesn’t talk, he listens, and he’s flexible and reasonable on his fees without compromising on quality and delivers great results and lovely tenants.

Huw and the Caddington Blue team are an excellent Agency. We have used them to rent our two apartments in Elephant & Castle and Borough Market for the past 7 years and wouldn’t look elsewhere. If only more Agents were like Huw and his team.

Caddington Blue were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made me feel comfortable and got straight on with the job of renting our home, and delivered their service with such a personal approach.
The Let was very smooth with the help of Joe who was always in hand. Having been recommended them by a friend, I will no doubt recommend them myself and will be sure to use them again as and when needed.

The service I received from Caddington Blue was extremely poor, VERY rude staff. The impression I was left with was that they did not care about anything other than making as much money from people as possible. Whatever happened to providing a good service to clients and manners / decency? Overall very dissatisfied, will never deal with Caddington Blue again.
