Lee McDermott found a buyer for my flat in just over a couple of weeks. Lee was the only agent who could see the potential for a good price. My zone 2, one bedroom flat was a former Council property and Lee saw beyond the common prejudices against local authority stock and made an excellent job of promoting the qualities it had to offer.

The buyer needed an unusually long completion period but Lee steered us smoothly and calmly to the finish line. He clearly has a great deal of experience and insight in this field and is a good communicator. Personally, I preferred minimal contact so Lee could just get on with the job and he certainly did get the job done.

Consequently, I got £385,000 for my 50m2, ground-floor flat. A very good price in straitened times. Well done, Lee.
