The team at Kirkham's, with special mention of Jacob, Billy and Hannah in particular, went out of their way to make the successful sale of our house as smooth and easy as it could have been.
We were very happy with the way the house was presented and that resulted in viewings and offers.
Throughout the process the team provided clear and timely communication and were always friendly and helpful. They also had good open lines of communication with the solicitors and the buyer so I had confidence that information was being shared as needed.
All in all a good experience!

I have used Kirkham Property for the sale of two houses and the purchase of one over the last 4 years.
They are a great company to deal with and always provide honest and expert guidance on all aspects of the sale, including information on a realistic sale price and advice to guide you through the sale/purchase, to ensure a timely sale of your property.
I have found all the team helpful and knowledgable, and very polite and very customer service orientated. They are always prompt at responding to queries.
I also used Kirkhams solicitors to deal with the conveyancing and has always gone smoothly in a timely manner.

Worst experience ever, especially Stuart who categorically lied to us on a number of occasions and also become rude when we didn’t want to sell our property with kirkhams as the property we was purchasing was with them, lost us the sale due to his poor communication and decided to sell the property to another customer! Avoid Stuart at all costs!

So today me and my wife complete a house purchase as first time buyers, and I would just like to say Kirkhams have been fantastic. Especially Kallista! We first met Kallista on our original viewing and since then Kallista has gone above and beyond for us. Nothing has ever been too much of an ask. Even at short notice Kallista has gone out of her way to help us, even meeting us at the property at short notice. Whenever I've emailed over any questions or queries she would reply swiftly and have an answer almost instantly. Thank You Kallista, you are a great ambassador for the company.
Kirkhams are highly professional and have constantly kept us updated throughout the process, and if anything was slowing the process down they would attempt to get it fixed ASAP to keep the process going.

I’ve recently bought a house through Kirkham’s and have been very impressed with the service they provided. In particularly the manager, Stuart, went out of his way to help. He smoothed away a number of blockages to keep things on track. He kept me updated at all times and was always cheerful and friendly. Never failed to return a call and regularly updated me. I’m sure we wouldn’t have completed as quickly without his interventions. His team were always very responsive and helpful and kindly arranged extra viewings for me, particularly Jacob. They clearly know their market - on my first viewing, they took me round the house and even suggested improvements that neighbours had carried out on their properties. This contrasts starkly with one of their competitors who I viewed a house through who unlocked the door and left me to it and when asked a question said ‘no idea’!

Recently purchased a property through Kirkham Uppermill branch. Dealt mainly with Stuart who I found to be one of the most professional and polite people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was handling the purchase and chain above which he did in a manner I simply couldn’t have asked for anything else. Other estate agents who we will not name ( R&D) who handled our sale should take note of the daily duties and care towards vendors and purchasers that go on at the Kirkham Uppermill branch. Alan Kirkham has a real set of diamonds in that branch hence why some have worked there for such a long period. To finish if you are selling a property and can use Kirkham then do so and if you are lucky enough to see a property that Kirkham have for sale then you are guaranteed a fantastic service. I have moved houses more than 10 times and this is the best experience I have had with an estate agent. We were the buyers but dealt with Stuart MacLean throughout. I cannot emphasise what an excellent, professional and generally likeable individual this is. He was professional and courteous throughout, called back every time he said he would (not a single unreturned call, I checked!) gave regular updates, liaised with the sellers solicitors (who were truly abissmal) organised extra visits to the property for potential works we would need carrying out.

I used Kirkham's to sell my mum's property. I was very impressed with the photos taken. The house needed lots of work, but the pictures were good quality, showing it's best feature, the view.
