As International students my two daughters and me as parent were very happy with James King from Knight Frank. Thank you for the assistance from the beginning til the end of renting process. We’re puzzled with the bureaucracy at beginning but thanks to James we can sort that out and finally get the unit we want.
The unit is perfect for my two girls, nice and safe area. Professionally cleaned before we move in. All basic necessities are provided and well furnished.
The surrounding are nice with restaurants, cafes & supermarket around, very convenient for student and family. Concierge team are friendly and very helpful. James also will introduce to property manager who will help us to know more about every single stuffs there. Thanks James & Knight Frank team for awesome team works.

James was incredibly helpful and kept in touch giving me regular updates through the process - he understood exactly what I needed and shared some great listings.

However, as good as the support to find the property is, equally bad is the property management team! Once you commit to a lease, the support is terrible - my property manager being Rosi Thorn. I’m grabbing multiple issues at the moment and there team is responding on behalf of the owner instead of raising relevant issues.

Within minutes from contacting David, we were on an international phone call and then Whatsapp group chat. This was such a relief after slow email replies with other agencies (which resulted in flats being taken right after other showings)

My family's experience with house hunting was not easy, but when we found James from Knight Frank, everything changed.
And as you can tell from the 5 star review - for the better.
My family has been living in London for over 2 years now, we are working Ukrainians who arrived after the war started in Ukraine and despite the unlimited help of the state in terms of support and closure of basic needs, the issue of finding a place to live is quite difficult and incomprehensible.
The moment I called James to schedule a viewing we were almost desperate as we needed to find a place very quickly and had little time to spare.
The viewing was scheduled lightning fast (within an hour of calling James, my husband and I were already viewing the property we were interested in).
From the agency side all processes were very quick, communication was top notch and, surprisingly, with great care and attention to our current situation, the processes were tailored to us despite the limited time before move-in.
Perhaps for someone our experience will seem quite ordinary, but I was left in great delight from the "non-tightening" of bureaucratic issues, as is very often the case in London.
I thank you, James, and your branch team for your professionalism and individual approach to the situation of clients, as in the modern world it is of great importance.

I rented a flat through this office for 6 months. Stayed in it for 30 nights total. The dishwasher didn't work when I moved in and they refused to send someone to sort it. At the end of the tenancy they tried to withhold £602 for cleaning and damage despite the fact the damage was clearly visible on the check-in report so I had to take them to arbitration. Avoid them if you possibly can.

I rent an apartment in Tapestry apartment. Knight Frank uses the maintenance service of Gaughan. For four months, they couldn't fix the wardrobe door. Any emails, calls, or even visits can't help with this trouble. The employees don't notice the problems at all. I don't recommend Knight Frank as a long term rental services.

You will see all the positive reviews are about how good they are at finding you the right place, which is completely accurate. However, once you move in - they are completely useless! and then when you move out, no words can describe the lack of care given

Really bad agency with high lack of professionalism and good manners. They kept postponing until we didn't get the house and they refused to give us back our reservation fee. Fortunately, we did the whole process with another agency in only 2 days. Try to avoid to work with Taylor if you can.
