I haven't moved in yet, but Gideon has been a great help from start to finish, helping us in every step of the process and answering the million questions that we had. The landlord, who also is from realocate me, made sure to call us and establish a good relationship with us, offered to buy some furniture and reassured us that he will help us with anything we might need. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unqualified people working at this company are. To begin with, when moving in, we have notified them of the time we would be arriving in advance (since we were travelling), and this was agreed upon. However, at the last minute Matthew changed his mind and wanted us to accommodate his schedule instead. (essentially suggesting we live on the street for 24 hours). When we first entered the apartment we were shocked as it was dusty and we found random hair lying around. (Even though they have no reservations about charging a huge cleaning fee when you move out.) Matthew would ignore us for weeks at a time, even when we had a water and heating cutoff (as the boiler needed fixing) in the middle of January. I felt like a crazy person texting him again and again with no response whatsoever. Additionally, midway through our tenancy we left for holidays and when we came back there was a new gate around the property. No one told us the code or that the gate was even being installed. It was the middle of the night and we had to go a friend's house to spend the night. We couldn't even get inside our home! We also had to chase them to get our deposit back and all of the items that were "damaged" (even though they were in the exact same condition when we moved in) were extremely overpriced when being deducted from the deposit. Additionally, they tried to make it seem like I stole a pillow when it was simply in the closet. Every part of the process with this company is extremely slow and difficult. At one point we had to break down the costs for them ourselves - something that any respectable agency would be doing themselves. All in all, I would recommend this agency if you enjoy being gaslit, ignored and constantly locked out of your apartment.... Read more

I do not frequently write reviews, but after having seen some of the 1-star reviews of these guys, I can say that I completely agree with their comments. The worst estate agency I have ever engaged with. Very poor communication, no response to emails, no designated person in charge of your tenancy, no clue about what is going on in your flat. Every time you call them there is a separate person picking up, not knowing who you are or what the issue is. They really need to work on their professionalism on the phone and their responsiveness by email. PK... Read more

I'm quite confident that this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The flat was pretty dirty when I moved in - the previous tenants had clearly not done an end-of-tenancy clean and had a pet in there. Relocate-me didn't do anything to rectify this. They tried to add extra charges to my tenancy when agreeing the property - check-out fees etc. It took them 5 months to fix the bedroom blind. Some other things that were missing / broken to begin with were never fixed and I gave up after 5 months. I had a burst pipe at one point which took many weeks of frustrating phone calls to resolve. One female member of staff who answers the phones is one of the rudest, most disinterested people I have ever spoken to. Companies they use are of an equally bad standard - the company replacing the sofa told me that I had not been home and that I would have to pay redelivery.. until I pointed out that I had rang their office _after_ the time they said it was delivered and was told they didn't know where it was. At the end of my one year period they tried to charge me £200 to renew (which I believe is illegal). On checkout they tried to charge me over £300, despite the contractor conducting the checkout saying that it was a lot cleaner than when I moved in. One of the charges they tried to make was £25 for a white plastic toilet brush. If it cost over £1 I'd be shocked. Avoid unless you want a headache!... Read more
