An excellent experience working with Mark Johnson at the KF Kings Cross office. My wife was relocating to London for work, and I met with Mark about lettings in the Coal Drops area as it has a lot of 'new build' apartments. Mark was great to work with and was quite helpful in answering my huge list of questions about the market, logistics, and the process for an expat renting in London.

We had a difficult experience with the seller as he was also his own solicitor - this caused some anxieties and meant that we were sometimes fairly worried about the sellers intentions. Alex Furno from Knight Frank Chelsea recently found a lovely family home for us to rent. Due to a change in our personal circumstances, we were unable go ahead with the deal, but we were incredibly impressed by his dedication, professionalism and hard work, understanding and accommodating our requests, adapting to our schedule, and working around the clock to close the deal with a great attitude at all times.
