I recently purchased a property through Laing Bennett. The transaction was complicated in many ways and they were absolutely brilliant at getting it over the line, keeping everyone informed and generally moving the deal forward. Overall the service was truly exceptional and if every agent was like them, the property industry would be a better place. Me and my partner were purchasing a property through Laing Bennett which unfortunately did not progress just as we were about to arrange exchange and completion dates. However due to us having to move house promptly as risk of losing our buyer was high, they immediately booked us in to view properties that were end of chain to give us an opportunity to fulfil our dreams of moving.
