We always felt they were working really hard for us and helped speed our sale through before the end of the stamp duty holiday, at a time when presumably everyone else was trying to do the same thing! What can I say except 5 stars for Damian and Daryl. Estate agents get a bad rap don’t they but my recent experience was the complete opposite with Ewe Move. What stood out was that they were involved in the selling of my house but got involved and helped me when I was having difficulties progressing with that house I was buying. They didn’t have to go to the lengths they did and as a single person buying a house I felt supported during what was a fairly stressful time. As soon as we met Damien we knew he was perfect, professional, friendly, realistic and honest.

Amazing service! From start to finish! If you're doubting using Ewe move.. Don't! They have been amazing it was all so relaxed and smooth which is definitely what you need when moving house. Even down to the little things such as when they delivered a welcome pack with a chocolate bar a tea bag! They listened to all our requirements and whenever we had a question it was replied to immediately whether that be weekday or weekend, morning or night! If I could give more stars I would!

They unfortunately let us down right at the last minute but Damien re-engaged another cash buyer who was previously interested and did a whole new deal from start to finish in less than a month. I contacted Ewemove Folkestone and Damien Guest for a valuation on a seafront flat in Sandgate that I was intending to sell. Damien gave a a competitive valuation along with 2 other estate agents. However, Damien seemed more enthusiastic about selling my property right from the start and actually found me a buyer who paid the full asking price before it was officially on the market! I found Damien to be very professional and approachable, always at the end of the phone if I needed him and helpful with any issues relating to the sale. I thoroughly recommend Damien and Ewemove if you are selling a property. And the kit kat in the welcome pack was a bonus!!!!!

Damien from Ewe Move in Folkestone and Hythe has been brilliant throughout the process of our sale and we are due to complete this week. Unlike other pushy agents who promise the earth but fail to deliver, Damien managed our expectations and supported us, always available to answer queries (even about surveys and general house buying advice, not just the sales side!) He was very professional and I was impressed when he visited twice to take the photos for our listing to make sure 'the sun fell on the house' to get the best photos possible. Our house sold within a couple of weeks, lots of viewings and interest, and we managed to achieve a price we were happy with. We are very happy with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Damien to anybody looking to buy or sell a property.

Damien has blown my mind from start to finish in my dealings with him and is far from the typical estate agents I have had dealings with in the past (usually dressed in a cheap suit with a bad haircut). He came highly recommended to us based on the experience he had given to my mother and her partner.
In Our initial conversation he put me at ease and came across very switched on and knowledgeable, professional and likeable. He came to value our house and take some well thought out photos that showcased our house perfectly.
The VERY FIRST viewing of our house offered us full asking price.
Damien’s work didn’t stop there, due to holdups in our onward chain we have only just exchanged contracts after 9 months. Damien has been there for us throughout the whole process to assist us and answered about a million questions I’ve asked him.
He called up and down the chain tirelessly to find where the holdups were and always fed back to me and the other parties representatives Without his help I think we’d be moving weeks from our now agreed completion date.
His aftercare is second to none and I will be sure to recommend his services to all.

Damien was excellent from the start, a nice hand delivered pack, including a book of useful info, a Kit Kat, and a sachet of tea (nice touch)
He was extremely knowledgable of the current market, gave me a fair and honest valuation, great advice all the way through.
Although I have decided that I am not going to list my property at this time.
Should I choose to list in the future, I will 100% be using Damien and Ewemove

I am looking for a property in Folkestone and arranged an on line viewing with a Damian who very quickly set it up . I liked the property and we organised a second viewing with my daughter who lives nearby we were going to view via zoom but that morning the lockdown was eased so Damian asked if my daughter would view it in a safe environment ppe hand sanitiser etc were provided which was very important as she was heavily pregnant . Overall got a great experience from Damian the best agent I’ve dealt with in the Folkestone area . I would highly recommend him he provides a first class service
