Awful outfit and complete and utter liars, especially the owner Hitz or whatever he calls himself and his smug grin. Dishonest about the prospective property, its location, the uninhabitable state it was in and how much they would charge - kept changing by the day. I 100% do not believe the 5 star reviews on here, most certainly friends of his. I've now moved into Leicester Royal staff quarters, wholeheartedly feel a sense of relief. Avoid at all costs!... The service is amazing and I always get my rent on time and any work that needs carrying out, they send their own workmen and email me over a quote and remove it from the rent. Awful estate agents. They would do anything to snatch an extra penny off of you and extremely unhelpful when there is a problem, and have even fined me because they overcharged my account and when I asked for the money back said that there was a £30 charge for giving me my won money back that they shouldn't have took in the first place.... I am retired and I recently sold my family home through Leicester Estates management to buy a bungalow. This was a very emotional time for me as it is where my children and grandchildren grew up . The staff were extremely patient with me throughout the process and were there every step of the way.
