The Blyth branch have been outstanding during what had been a difficult and stressful time selling our family home, to allow my mum to downsize. They have become more like friends to us and have been supportive, kind and understanding from start to finish. Professional yet friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. RMS have helped us rent out our property several times and have always been so helpful and friendly they respond very quickly, and again they were exactly the same when we wanted to sell the marketing was great and they are very clued up and good at what they do I would definitely use again in the future and highly recommend there services for renting and selling can’t fault them at all

Myself and my girlfriend bought our first home through Rook Matthews (Blyth Branch), the experience as a whole, we can’t fault at all. We first dealt with Michelle (I believe I’m correct in thinking this) who was back and forth with us through the process of bidding, when the offer was accepted and some more after that to confirm how the next steps will work, Michelle is polite, caring and knows the ins and outs of her job really well. Our Mortgage advisor was Rook Matthews own, Alistair, he was based at the Ashington Branch when we went through our process of using. Alistair was brilliant, really helpful, there whenever we needed assistance and would always call when he promised. He explained everything clear and simple for us to help us understand, we were first time buyers so buying a house was overwhelming for us, but Alistair simplified everything and helped us to understand, we can’t thank him enough. We then had Kate (Blyth Branch) who was there for us through the process of buying, back and forth in contact with us for updates as to how the purchase is going and helping to chase Solicitors etc, Kate just like everyone else we have dealt with, was kind, caring, responsive and knew their job and their role brilliantly. Rook Matthews as a whole has been a brilliant experience and we are highly grateful towards everyone who has helped us move into our first home. Should we ever move house, we will be ensuring we go through Rook Matthews again.

We officially completed on our house last week. We were unsure about whether to put our house up for sale or do part exchange. We spoke to the manager who came to look at our house and took pictures, always telling us that nothing was confirmed and no pressure to go with them.
We were informed that if we decided to do part exchange that we wouldn’t have to pay them any fees, so we thought it was worth the chance to get incentives from our new build developer.
Our house went up for sale, and we started getting calls straight away for viewings. Michelle was great with giving us her professional opinion and didn’t want us taking viewings from anyone who wasn’t proceed-able as she didn’t want us to waste our time. We had a viewer the next day and received an offer the following day. We couldn’t believe how quickly it sold! Kate was then fantastic looking after us and keeping us updated. I would highly recommend using RMS. Thank you again!

To be fair, they achieved a sale, which is what we wanted, however, we must mark them down due to the abhorrent Conveyancing Service and the solicitor they chose for this. RAW Clark of morpeth....Horrifically bad. Didn't return calls, no reply to emails....very stressful to deal with.....don't opt for RMS conveyancing.

Although I was given the option to use a solicitor of my choice, I was disappointed that your agency directed me to a solicitor's office in a neighbouring town which turned out to be over £350 more costly than a solicitor's office not more that 150m from your office in Blyth. Surely, your agency would have know this. And in addition, the solicitor's office I was referred to didn't even afford me the common curtsey of returning my call to their office. My conclusion is that, not only are they more expensive than a local solicitor but their also disrespectful. Hence, I voted with my feet and took my money else where.
The lady who showed me over the property, however, was very helpful.
