I have been using let’s move in for a number of years now and have found Naomi to be excellent at her job. I recently had a change over of tennants, old tennants moved out and new ones moved in the following day I found this process to be the most stress free experience I’ve had so far. Being a single lady renting a property can be daunting, using naomi has given me the confidence to continue to do so. Thank you .

This estate agent is a con, please do not trust the company. I stayed with them for 2 years as I was very new to rentals and as I live in London it made sense to pick full management service. When they initially found me a tenant they advised single lady no pets. I then find out a couple of months later she has 2 boys. I asked why I was not informed. Naomi advised it is discriminatory and she does not need to inform me about the children. ITS MY DAMN HOUSE! I PAID FOR IT! I then did another inspection and found out the tenant has a cat. I questioned Naomi and was advised the tenant is just looking after the animal for her friend. I stopped the service as most of the time I had to do all the work anyway. It was pointless, recently I did a renovation and I went to see the property, this is where the tenant told me, she paid extra for the cats and informed the agent about her children. In addition to the pack of lies, they made me me pay for windows that are SHAMBLES! I did not get an invoice for and the window guy damaged the bath tub and caused leaks, which caused ceiling damage. I also was informed by the tenant that the windows where done by the estate agents friend. I asked for details so I can request a bath tub repair Naomi said he does not work anymore! THIS ESTATE AGENT IS FULL OF LIES, THEY LITRELLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO A VERY BAD JOB. I am appalled at your service! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENT. If you would like evidence I am more than happy to provide receipts. I have no issues with pets or kids, I'm a mom myself but as the owner of the property who paid you a sum every month. I deserve the truth!

I found myself in a difficult position a few months ago, I approached Naomi after she came recommended. After explaining my circumstances, I can not describe the kindness and the above and beyond measures Naomi went to to get me into a property. With Naomi, unlike any other estate agents you get more than a estate agent, you gain a friend.
Her communication is excellent
Her mannerisms are kind, warming and clear, there is no jargo to confuse you with paperwork because Naomi explains everything so clearly
Work that needed carrying out at the property was done immediately by Ricky as promised, unlike most places where it’s empty promises.
I will forever be thankful for what Naomi and Ricky have done for me. If you want an Estate Agents that really cares for their tenants and landlords, where you are not just a number.

They refuse to fix anything that is required (my friends house). Had to have the council get involved which they are looking to fine the landlord as a result of neglect. If you have a boiler problem, good luck you’ll be left to freeze in minus conditions.

A friendly service that made what could be a stressful time very easy and relaxed. We can't rate Naomi and her team highly enough- five stars are simply not enough!
Naomi went out of her way to help us sell a property in Bloxwich- which she did quickly ,and as we live out of area, was incredibly helpful in arranging assistance for us with minor repairs and renovations,house clearance etc and even organised getting a Gas Certificate done on our behalf.
We don't believe we would have got anywhere near this level of service from any other estate agent in Walsall- or anywhere else for that matter, and consider ourselves very lucky to have found her.
If you are selling a property in the area you would be foolish to go anywhere else. Thank you once again Naomi!

People who leave negative comments need to realise they are a 2 person team who don't have a magic wand they do what they do incredibly well straight talking straight to the point never abrupt it rude just tell it the way it is and when it comes to renting or buying wouldn't you rather have someone tell the truth rather then lie and make money ?

Rented a house from these people it was a mess they promised to get all the work done nothing happened they sent a Polish contractor. In to do the work he botched the place up nice enough bloke but hadn't got a clue the owner wanted £600 a month it was damp cold and dingy naomi constantly lied to us was hopeless in the end we had to move out never again people beware of this agency

Would definitely recommend - A very smooth, quick, hassle free process from us showing an interest in our property to obtaining the keys.
No hidden costs, with letting fees considerably cheaper then many other agency's.

Lets move in estate agents are the best by far I have rented other properties in the past,which the process was taking weeks to sort but naomi got the ball rolling straight away and was always there quick response if I had any concerns or didn't quite understand,the fee,s are reasonable aswel as other estate agents charge way over, even to on the day signing and getting my keys she took the time to go all through the paperwork and go through all the details concerning the house,naomi and her husband was really professional and would recommend them to others...

Naomi showed me a house that was being renovated at the time and explained to me exactly how it was going to be (and it is exactly that), all of the bills and how things worked were also explained to me and now i have a beautiful home of my own. helped get the property ready, provided professional, friendly and
prompt advice at each stage. Carpets, decorating, tiling, tidied laid
bricks on a wall and arranged a roof repair quickly that I'd been
waiting months for. High quality photographs and online marketing all
part of an excellent fully managed service at a competitive rate have

Naomi's communication is the best I have ever encountered, she keeps you updated as to what exactly is going on. She is continuously pleasant and always has a smile for you. I have had a few of my tenants comment on how fantastic she is and they really wouldn't go anywhere else, but then again neither would I. She comes very highly recommended! They are also extremely competitive on price and their standard of service is the highest I have ever had. They take all the stress out of everything for you so you can just relax! Lets Move In offers a fantastic service at great value, completely removing the stress of renting out a property. Always very responsive on phone or email, they keep me updated on every aspect of my properties and deal with all of the admin involved with renting (including liaising with the council, tenants, freeholders and other stakeholders, plus organising certificates, background checks, guarantees, deposits, financial statements, etc). The best attribute of Lets Move In, however, has to be their pricing point - they offer an efficient, transparent and reliable service at refreshingly fair prices, that often surprise to the downside. A great business, build on great values.
