I found myself in a difficult position a few months ago, I approached Naomi after she came recommended. After explaining my circumstances, I can not describe the kindness and the above and beyond measures Naomi went to to get me into a property. With Naomi, unlike any other estate agents you get more than a estate agent, you gain a friend. Her communication is excellent Her mannerisms are kind, warming and clear, there is no jargo to confuse you with paperwork because Naomi explains everything so clearly Work that needed carrying out at the property was done immediately by Ricky as promised, unlike most places where it’s empty promises. After trying another agent we swapped to Lets Move in An absolutely lovely genuine person who is there day and night to answer your queries. They refuse to fix anything that is required (my friends house). Had to have the council get involved which they are looking to fine the landlord as a result of neglect. If you have a boiler problem, good luck you’ll be left to freeze in minus conditions.... Read more
