The house sold itself pretty much as it was reasonably priced and an attractive purchase as it was a 3 bed, in a popular area. To that degree I feel the fee involved was rather inflated. Belvoir did do one favour for us as we spotted some unwanted interest prior to bidding, which helped us avoid selling it to someone we preferred to ignore. My three star rating stems from the fact that they allowed a viewing without our consent/notification. In fact we weren't informed of the initial influx of interest at all and only found out by accident that the "one" viewing on the first Saturday after it was launched that in fact 15 viewings were scheduled. Plus Belvoir left the lights on at the house (empty, no chain) and despite me drawing attention to this they left them on four times in total. Considering they were recommended I was disappointed....
