Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.... Read more

Selling our property with Goodchild has been a wonderfull experience, they have managed to get number of viewings in a short spell of time with serious buyers. We have managed to sell the house within 4 weeks with two offers of 80% of the asking price and two with 100% asking price offers. WE had to choose one and left it with Goodchilds to make a decision.
The only thing I would suggest that owner should be present at the time of viewings, we as owners know our property far better than the estate agents and answer any queries
However Goodchilds team is very hardworking and their advice is very professional and spot on. They have come across as straight forward and honest agents.
All the best to them in future.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
