I went with letzmove to manage a property for me and it seemed to take months for them to arrange anything other than finding some extras to charge me ...from day one they were trying to get me to rent the property out for social housing but it wasn't viable They charged me £265 to serve a section 8 and said they was using a solicitor which they didnt . I then received a quote for works to be done at the property which included 2 broken toilets and a cracked hob and a host of other extra jobs that were quite expensive ..they were caught out as I had someone else attend the property and the toilets worked and hob just needed a clean ..after they had already charged us £150 for a cleaner . I kind of lost trust in them from there . 3 months in and they had yet to advertise the property . The icing on the cake was when I asked why the property wasn't on spareroom and they tried to fob me off first saying only private landlords can use the spareoom platform and when challenged this wasnt the case then wanting to charge me for it .. they were charging a big finders fee and charging 10% per month ...now that ive told them that I wish to part ways with them they now invoice me a further £590 for admin work . They hadn't found a single tenant and week after week nothing was happening ..... Read more

Would avoid this estate agent at all costs. Don't waste your time or money on them. Lack of professionalism and clarity from start to finish. Charged a substantial amount for additional services that they then don't provide. (Even though the majority of other estate agents in the area include it as standard). They provide such a poor service that they leave you with no other choice than to cancel but then charge you heavily for leaving despite it being entirely due to their own actions. £600 they have taken from us in the space of a week for doing absolutely nothing. The initial advert they posted online was terrible, the pictures taken actually were embarrassing, acknowledging the fact we didn't use a professional photographer, but a member of staff did say they could do them so we rightly or wrongly assumed they would be of a decent standard. We had to ask the photos to be taken down and we provided new ones ourself. The description of the house was entirely lackluster it wasn't written by someone who wanted to sell our home. Not once did they give us a timescale that they met, from putting our house on the Web to simpler things like updating us when they said they would. Do not use if you value your time or money....
