Lexingtons deliver an attentive and very responsive service.
Amit & Aleksandra are impeccably polite & professional. During a protracted and at times difficult sale they both provided stoic support, accepted and dealt with challenges from “both sides of the fence” and helped steer the sale out of limbo to a successful conclusion.
If I find myself in Belsize Park at some point I will pop in to thank them personally. If you want hands on sales support - do likewise with confidence.

Aleksandra, the letting agent, was really great. She was straight forward to deal with and quickly understood the type of please I was looking for ie didn’t waste time taking me to properties that would be a good fit. Being from out of the country we were nervous about the leasing process in the UK, but Lexingtons and our landlord were able to work with us. I would recommend Lexingtons if you are moving to London from out of the country.
We really love the flat. It was extremely clean when we viewed it and have not had any issues with it since moving in. Lexingtons only lists quality places!

Alex was really good at introducing the flat in details.
She carefully lilstened our requests on the flat and reflected most of our requests.
Amit was very helpful in terms of amending contracts, arranging a handy-man and finalize the contract.

Moving flats is an extremely difficult task in London, not to mention expensive. We've had the luck of running into the lovely team from Lexingtons which managed to find a perfect flat for us, after having looked at 20+ with at least 10 different agencies.
