He was very accommodating, answered all our questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right place. Highly recommended.

10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

He took us through a number of viewings and was endlessly patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted. His helpfulness made the whole process much less stressful, and he ultimately helped us find a flat that was a great fit for us. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a place to rent.

A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

Ben was tenacious great communicating back to me and we were working together every step of the way. Whenever anything needed fixing or attention in the flat, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently, and they were always easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The flat itself was a fantastic space, and it's clear that they place a real emphasis on quality, thoughtful design, and great locations. Those were all priorities for me, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality rental.

28th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We’ve been in contact with Elliot Gold , one of their agents who was really unprofessional with us . There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.
