We have just sold our property with the help of Jack and his team. Right from the start they have been so helpful, and positive, keeping us updated, and once the property was under offer they really excelled. Jack ensured we were kept informed every step of the way and encouraged Solicitors to act a little quicker, liaising with all parties. In fact if it wasn't for Jack I think we would still be waiting for exchange and completion dates. I cannot say enough good things about Links Home. Jack really does go above and beyond.

Can’t praise Hettie enough. The whole process as a first time buyer was made so much easier as Hettie would answer all queries I had and continuously updated me throughout. No question was a problem and Hettie would respond so promptly and even chased things up before I even mentioned it to her. Credit to the team and I can’t thank her enough!

The whole team at Link Homes were absolutely brilliant to work with when purchasing our new home recently. We were in a chain of four, and throughout the whole process, Jack and the team went above and beyond to keep everything moving, with easy communication, openness and continual energy to keep things progressing, particularly when legal teams were being unhelpful.
We felt so supported, far beyond anything that our own estate agents were able to offer, and though I hope we stay in our lovely home for a very long time, if we ever did need to move I will 100% be asking Link Homes to sell our property.
Thank you Jack, Ash and Hettie for always being at the end of the phone and on our WhatsApp group, keeping us feeling positive in tough times, always giving honest answers, and going that extra mile and more to get us into our home.

I dealt with Hettie from Link Homes in the purchase of my property. I would highly recommend Link Homes after the experience I received. Hettie was a stand-out performer during the sale. She is a very organised agent, who pushes on all fronts to meet deadlines in an assertive, friendly, open and professional manner. The ideal combination to keep a sale moving along at pace for both buyer and seller. If I sell or buy another house, I hope the agent is Hettie, or a clone of Hettie. She's a superstar.

After spending years viewing properties and dealing with many different estate agents, we were lucky enough to have LINK HOMES to purchase our first property.
Asley and Jack kept us informed at every turn regarding the progress of our purchase. Even when it was taking too long due to paperwork and solicitor delays, they were always ready, day and night, to try to solve the problem and speed up the process.
They immediately return calls and respond to messages. Never made hollow promises and always followed up with us, even when they didn't have the answer right away.
The greatest estate agent we have ever worked with. If we ever come to sell our purchased property, we will use them for sure. Heartily recommend them.

AMAZING!
Honestly not sure what to say- no words will convey just how amazing they are at their jobs!! We have dealt with other agents in the past and have experienced first hand the difference between Link Homes and any other competitor. You cannot match their communication, knowledge and reliability. It is NEVER a stressful time buying or selling when you’re using link homes and we cannot fault Jack, Hettie and Ash at all. There is never any hold ups, no waiting games and no promises not kept. We loved that we were kept in the loop with everything and we always felt reassured and like we were getting a honest and transparent answer. We were shocked at how quickly the process was kept moving by them, replying as quickly as possible and always only a WhatsApp or phone call away! We would not use anyone else other than Link Homes now because of the positive experience we get every time. Highly, highly recommend and thanks again guys for being so amazing!
