Incredibly unprofessional. Nicola is the most unprofessional person iv ever delbt with. When asked for her managers email to file a formal complaint with, I got ignored twice.
Littles then thought it was professional for Nicola to investigate the complaint about herself. The whole setup is comical its that bad. I even had to tell them the length of the agreement I had after they wrongly informed me it was six months.
Avoid like the plague!!
Iv edited this review to give the public a better idea of some of the issues I have faced with this esatate agent. I have left the original above.
When arranging a visit for a epc survey to be carried out I made Nicola aware I wasn't comftable with having people in the property with out me being present. Nicola didn't seem to understand this as it took around 30+ emails to eventually arrange the 10 minture appointment at a reasonable time that didn't disrupted my working day. During these emails Nicola implied I was in breach of the tenancy agreement and started to send me quotes out of the contract, I was not in breach or even close to breaching any of the clauses mentioned. Nicola tried to use this an intimidation technique in order to make her life easier instead of trying to meet the reasonable requests of one of her customers. There is a full email paper trail of this. If this is how you encourage your staff to do their job, then I am starting to understand where your staff get their toxic behaviour from.
I was then contacted around a month after this to arrange a property inspection. This wasn't due for another 2 months. Nicola informed me it was due as I had a 6 month agreement. This is incorrect, I have a twelve month agreement. This shows a complete lack of basic management skills.
When I asked Nicola for contact details to file a formal complaint, she first requested I went through herself and then ignored me. I felt the need to do this as her behaviour is becoming borderline harrsement and i need a paper trial incase this contuines. Again I'm starting to understand where the culture of brushing it under the carpet comes from. It took a public review to get response from somebody other than Nicola.
I can only leave a poor review for the meantime as you seem to see no issue In this kind of behaviour so it will continue.

Booked a viewing for a house today in WA9 which my partner attended on my behalf.
It turned out to be an open house and the staff member wasn't actually doing a viewing at all.
She was told as soon as she came through the door "there is no central heating".
When my partner challenged this, the staff member said "it's mentioned on the listing" which it certainly was not.
Why would you say that immediately if it was transparent and honest? Very shady and waste of people's time.
We won't be viewing any houses with Little Estate agents in future. ????????

Excellent Estate Agents who I used to buy a home and sell from. Friendly, honest staff and a great team that was helpful from start to finish. Very accommodating around my time and needs to appraise and video my home for a virtual tour along with standard photos to best capture my property. The office staff were also amazing in co-ordinating viewings and Jon gave sound advice and talked me through the acceptance process and how to approach buying. If I move again I will be using Little Estate Agents
and couldn't speak highly enough of them.
