Danielle was very helpful in communicating with the seller's and seller's solicitors and promptly answered any questions I had. Even the manager, Jonathan Lyth, was very helpful when I contacted him about some missing responses from Danielle, responses that were sent, but then I realized that there was actually something wrong with my mail server.
I have moved many times and not very often have I come across such a professional Estate Agent. I love my new home and hope I won't move again as it is very stressful but if I do I would definitely choose LITTLE Estate Agents. Thank you Danielle for all your help in such a stressful process of moving home ????

We used Little to sell my house this year. We had a few estate agents around but we really liked Jonathan and that he was honest and not at all pushy. I am really glad we used Little as all the staff were friendly and helpful making a stressful situation much easier. My house sold for full asking price after a week on the market- Can't ask for better than that!
We won't be selling for a while but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Little again

Incredibly unprofessional. Nicola is the most unprofessional person iv ever delbt with. When asked for her managers email to file a formal complaint with, I got ignored twice.
Littles then thought it was professional for Nicola to investigate the complaint about herself. The whole setup is comical its that bad. I even had to tell them the length of the agreement I had after they wrongly informed me it was six months.
Avoid like the plague!!
Iv edited this review to give the public a better idea of some of the issues I have faced with this esatate agent. I have left the original above.
When arranging a visit for a epc survey to be carried out I made Nicola aware I wasn't comftable with having people in the property with out me being present. Nicola didn't seem to understand this as it took around 30+ emails to eventually arrange the 10 minture appointment at a reasonable time that didn't disrupted my working day. During these emails Nicola implied I was in breach of the tenancy agreement and started to send me quotes out of the contract, I was not in breach or even close to breaching any of the clauses mentioned. Nicola tried to use this an intimidation technique in order to make her life easier instead of trying to meet the reasonable requests of one of her customers. There is a full email paper trail of this. If this is how you encourage your staff to do their job, then I am starting to understand where your staff get their toxic behaviour from.
I was then contacted around a month after this to arrange a property inspection. This wasn't due for another 2 months. Nicola informed me it was due as I had a 6 month agreement. This is incorrect, I have a twelve month agreement. This shows a complete lack of basic management skills.
When I asked Nicola for contact details to file a formal complaint, she first requested I went through herself and then ignored me. I felt the need to do this as her behaviour is becoming borderline harrsement and i need a paper trial incase this contuines. Again I'm starting to understand where the culture of brushing it under the carpet comes from. It took a public review to get response from somebody other than Nicola.
I can only leave a poor review for the meantime as you seem to see no issue In this kind of behaviour so it will continue.

Booked a viewing for a house today in WA9 which my partner attended on my behalf.
It turned out to be an open house and the staff member wasn't actually doing a viewing at all.
She was told as soon as she came through the door "there is no central heating".
When my partner challenged this, the staff member said "it's mentioned on the listing" which it certainly was not.
Why would you say that immediately if it was transparent and honest? Very shady and waste of people's time.
We won't be viewing any houses with Little Estate agents in future. ????????

Excellent Estate Agents who I used to buy a home and sell from. Friendly, honest staff and a great team that was helpful from start to finish. Very accommodating around my time and needs to appraise and video my home for a virtual tour along with standard photos to best capture my property. The office staff were also amazing in co-ordinating viewings and Jon gave sound advice and talked me through the acceptance process and how to approach buying. If I move again I will be using Little Estate Agents

I went with Little’s as we had found a property to buy which was listed with them, so we decided to place our house on the market with them. All seems good in the first week. After that we had to pull information ourselves as they didn’t call when they promised, no communication about the other property which accepted an offer. No social media push on our property as we were promised. No communication in about 6 weeks so decided to take the property off the market with them. All round very poor.

I had my partner's property to sell as he had died so it was a very difficult and traumatic time. Everyone at Little Estate Agents was so sympathetic, cooperative and understanding. We're currently renting out our property fully managed with little estate agents. The whole process has run smoothly, and been a lot easier than we expected. Nicola has been so informative about everything we need to know, moved quickly with getting the 'to let' sign up and getting the viewings in. We had someone move in within a month of us contacting them. Would definitely recommend if you're thinking of renting out a property!

The service from this estate agents has been nothing but poor. After being summoned to court for unpaid council tax (which they should be paying due to the agreement) also having over £2000+ in debt in my name.
"They can resolve it if..."
I work over 50 hours a week. Its not my issue nor should it be my issue, I didn't agree for my name to be put on the bill in the first place (also the flat was registered as an Air B&B.
I'm guessing to avoid the tax in general.
Renting a flat above the estate agents you would think be a bonus and you could get the help you needed in a swift response. How wrong I am. Incompetence knows no bounds. The rubbish still outside the entrance door from last tenants since last May. Rats around my home and your shop speaks volumes on how the business is ran.
Walking past the staff we used to greet them politely but we always got a look down and no greeting. Friendly service...
The only thing they acted fast on is a banister for the stairs to the flat due to the mum upstairs fell down the stairs with her baby...
They the type of people it's everyone's fault but their own. I couldn't stress enough how shocking, rude and poor the service has been from them and the landlord as a whole. The plethora of issues I've faced with them knows no bounds

WiFi has been off for over 2 months
The furniture is missing important screws and bolts so hanging by a thread...
Wait 2 weeks and have to constantly chase up for services to be provided
They seem to have new staff all the time which speaks magnitudes
To the owner or "director" I'd hang your head in shame if that's how a business is ran.
Update... you've seen the reply. I kicked off with the whole office man and woman as I was due in magistrates Court over the debt your boss, my landlord couldn't pay.
The place is shambolic and I've made numerous complaints. But again your reply just proves it everyone's fault except your own.
I'll post this to Facebook, twitter and everywhere to be heard.
So you won't address the lack of WiFi the poor state of furniture, the litter outside the office and my front door that's been there since May 2022 just hide and call it slander?
Again everyone's but your own fault.
It isn't slander when its the truth. The "landlord" owner of little estates who hid behind them 2 girls instead of owning up and facing his mistakes for nearly a year...
But hey the tenant above me is equally appauled by the lack of service but hey we must all be liars.

From the very start there was helpful and friendly advice, but the level of service so far has been up and beyond - they are very much a proactive 'get things done' kind of team.

I would highly recommend using Little Estate agents. I have used them twice now to sell my own property just over a year ago and a few weeks ago my late father's house which we sold through them too.
If I am ever needing to move again in the near future I will be using Little Estate Agents.

Got off to a great start with viewings and everything started very positive. Once we accepted the offer everything went down hill fast. Everyone in the office was shocking just lies all the time. Would of liked to change agent if wasn't so far down the process . Never would I use or recommend the company ever again. House sign should be changed to we do very little for your money

If you want to get top offers, then Jonathan is your best friend. I got almost 30k more compare to the local market leaders.
I'm so grateful for Jonathan's and Rachel's time and professional support. They ensured me everything will be ok when it all got extremely stressful due to many unpleasant moves of the buyer. I was constantly on the phone to the office and sending the emails which was responded and replied to straight away.
What I appreciated the most was the fact that I was treated with respect and the owner was always willing to help if needed. Also one person was handling the case so she knew what was going on.

I thought gazumping was a thing of the past, apparently not... I really hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Lost not 1 but potentially 2 houses due to 2 girls that work at this estate agents.
I got congratulated by Jo on Monday 8/11/21 as the vendor agreed the offer on their house... only to be contacted on Wednesday 10/11/21 by Jo saying another offer had been put in on the house and did want to make another offer?? Avoid if you can!

We approached the sale of our house with some trepidation after a particularly poor experience of selling a house some years ago.
We chose ‘Little Estate Agents’ after noticing their swift sales of other houses on our estate. We are so pleased we did, from the professional and proactive service to the swift sale for the full asking price, we could not have asked for more from John and his team.
We have experienced some delays and incompetence with solicitors further down the chain and we believe that if not for the actions and approach by John and Alex, the sale of our house would not have happened.
Estate agents often get a bad reputation but if they all acted in the way of the team at Little Estate Agents then this would not be the case. A ‘shining light’ in our sales process, they go over and above in every way and we could not recommended them more. Thank you.

We picked Little Estate Agents after Jonathan surveyed our property. He was professional, polite, chatty and informative.
The advertised package for the house was excellent, great pictures and everything we asked to be described was included.
Within a day we had people
viewing and had a steady stream of viewers every week and it wasn't long before had an offer. We spoke to Alex who explained the whole process to us and answered all our questions from the obvious to the obsurd, and always gave an answer or went away to find an answer.
As with all house sales we hit some snags, but Little Estate Agents always kept on top of any difficulties and went far and beyond what was required to smooth out any wrinkles or problems. Nothing was an issue, they always helped with, surveyors, solicitors, banks and the purchaser.
Communication was superb, we never had to wait for information and we were updated daily if the information was flowing.
I cannot praise the staff enough, they took the hassle and stress out of every part of the process, and always with a smile and a word of comfort.
Little they may be but the service is gigantic. I thoroughly recommend Little Estate Agents, great service, positive staff and above all the human touch.

At Little Estate Agents Jonathon, Alex and the rest of the team have provided us with a friendly, professional and caring service. We were selling an empty property and live 35 miles away, but were always 100% confident in Little to handle the viewings and subsequent sale in a totally professional and efficient way. After meeting with 3 other estate agents aswell as Little we knew we didn’t want anyone else selling our property but them.
Alex is absolutely amazing, keeps you up to date and goes above and beyond. Jon was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Most estate agents are only bothered about one thing, the money. You get a completely different feel from Little, they are passionate and care about their clients.
After having a bereavement in the family we knew selling our house would be tough but this was made so much easier for us, from the initial valuation to the final sale. 5* service from beginning to end!

Little was our first estate agent to give us our valuation and they honestly left a positive stamp on us; so much so, when we had other agents around, we knew we would choose Little. They are honest, they are friendly and they know their product. Jonathan, our valuer is one of the soundest guys and easiest person to talk to. He was positive about our home selling quickly, and he wasn’t wrong! We sold our home in less than 24 hours thanks to Alex who rang a few people she knew are looking for a home in our area. Alex has handled our sale and viewings and she has been fantastic. Both are quick to get back to you, and you feel so comfortable asking them questions about the process especially as a first time seller. They are constantly there to help through the process.
