They gave me a chance when I needed it, will always be grateful.
Only had 2-3 repairs over the years, they always fixed a.s.a.p.
I always looked after the property, hence why they approved 100% return of my bond/deposit.

Few years ago they kept our ‘holding deposit’ because their form wasn’t very clear and we put something down that was wrong apparently. Never made a review of it at the time but thought I’d put it on because it’s scummy practice. Laws have changed since then thank god but just be wary.

Initially we had instructed a local agent however due to lack of communication and the slow approach we decided to instruct Logic based on a recommendation from a friend. Adele valued the property and she was professional, friendly and transparent at all times. Bad attitudes, poor customer service.
Poor service from logic, told to boil a kettle for a shower when reporting no heating and water.
a continuous inconvenience, and an unpleasant rental experience.
one or two plumber call outs might be acceptable but with over 5 call outs for no heating or hot water in 6 month, this is crazy. Logic struggle to understand why I have paid late, 52 Carleton Road is £2000.00 per calendar month with no hot water and heating some tenants would refuse to pay the rent.
I tried to sympathise with logic, understanding that they were under the landlords control but bad attitudes and lack of empathy let them down.
Refusal to Allow me to get an emergency plumber telling me I need to wait, for the landlord the next day or within 48hrs, again. When I offered to find a plumber myself they refused it and said I was not allowed.
I’m Simply Fed up of no hot water to get a shower and no heating.
We were told on the first call that the property needed a new boiler, still not fitted also told the falsely advertised electric gate would be fixed with a week then a months and still waiting.

Logic sold my house very quickly. Within day's of it being advertised I had a buyer thanks to their excellent show casing of my property.
The valuation and the photos taken by Jodie were all completed on the one visit and it went live almost immediately wasting no time at all.
Rachel, Paige and the girls have been so lovely and friendly as well as extremely professional and helpful.
They've been a pleasure to work with and made what has been at times.... a very difficult and stressful experience much easier with their advice and support.

Shocking. Cannot recommend this agency less. Our beautiful period home was trashed by the tenents. Despite annual checks it was never flagged up. After we took the property back and try to reclaim the bond towards the damage done, there was no response from the agency. Totally unprofessional. Avoid like the plague.

Asked about getting deposit back, staff told me it was "lost" and would call me back same day, never called back. Spoke to another staff days later via WhatsApp, took 3 days to respond and didn't understand they had emailed my previous email address.
Requested Data under ICO guidelines, no contact for one month and one day so out of legal timescales and requesting £25 or refusing to give data.
Guideline is: In most cases you cannot charge a fee to comply with a SAR. However, you can charge a ’reasonable fee’ for the administrative costs of complying with a request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or if an individual requests further copies of their data.
It was a simple request and they are adding hinderance.
I would say in my opinion that Logic Lettings are not professional and wouldn't recommend using them. They just state it is all the tennant's liability.
Update - ordered my PRS to apologize, was more of a belittling message than an apology. In my opinion they are not sincere and don't care about tennants at all.
Reply - As seen above, this wasn't about the email address (to which they are using childish emotes) it is to do with when I rang their staff stated they lost my deposit, then proceeded to ignore me for multiple days.
Logic also knew my email had updated but didn't try and help me at all.
The owner of the company blocked me and they were ordered by the Property Redress Service to apologize to me, so if this was unfair, the PRS wouldn't have asked them to apologize for poor service, as mentioned they used this "apology" to be sarcastic and unprofessional in my opinion. I would t ever recommend the use of Logic lettings as in my experience with them, any time there is an issue, they will treat you like and idiot and not help at all. Their response shows their childishness and unprofessional attitude.

Having managed a rental which turned into the sale of a property, he tried to help when the estate agent advertising the property were not responding to my enquiry. We met Jody after being totally let down by another Pontefract estate agent (national one) failing to sell our house in the boom season of stamp duty holiday, being suspicious and cautious. There was no need: straightforward, honest, clear, what he said he meant, realistic expectations, friendly and with a sense of humour. Logic sold it in 8 days - the other place had it for 12 weeks! Impressed is an under statement. There then followed a lengthy conveyancing period where Rachel kept in touch, offered feedback and communication and calmness when hiccups happened with the solicitors. Patience, great contact, again a sense of humour and professionalism. Thank you - I would highly recommend Logic and won’t go near that national chain ever again! Great value for money too. When selling my house, Logic matched one of their competitors price which they didn’t have to do.
I sold my house and also purchased an apartment and Rachel was responsible for the cases. She has been very responsive, helpful, kind and showed a lot of empathy as it hasn’t been an easy ride with a lot of issues. I would recommend Logic if you wanted to sell/purchase. My house is rat infested, and has been for weeks! No one seems to care, i have 2 small children living in a rat infested house, whilst i'm still paying full rent. How i've been spoken to by these people is disgusting! I have been asked to choose between rats in my property or taking my daughter to her eye appointment, and which is more important!!! Gave a month's notice for moving out for an apartment which was in poor condition when I moved in, I replaced ripped and black mould infested kitchen and bathroom floors which I'm pretty certain is illegal, a destroyed bath panel which had been very poorly bodged, also decorated every room in white including gloss as it was all a nice nicotine shade of yellow I shouldn't have taken the property in the first place but I was desperate. Now three weeks have passed no deposit back and some rude little boy called Josh telling me I'm not getting my deposit back because of a contract and making me out to be a lier, I made my intentions clear 7 weeks ago not my problem If your staff don't pass messages on for someone to call me back I'm way too busy to be ringing up and reminding your company once should be enough.
And as for how I'd feel if the landlord ended my tenancy early I wouldn't be bothered if they'd have contacted me like I did your company several weeks ago and at what point am I stating I was forced into anything? Not entirely sure why your stating that, I've been more than reasonable I contacted you and let you know what I was doing I've left the property a hundred times better condition than it was so what's the problem I could understand if I'd smashed it to pieces and not paid rent the apartment block stinks of drugs at night time I decided its not a place I want my daughter. Yes id very much love a meeting with the landlord and whoever wrote this review you have my email get it sorted ASAP.

Pros: Lovely people, great customer service. The initial conversation with Logic was quick and efficient, they were able to offer me the perfect property! Josh was only ever a phone call away and nothing ever seemed to big or small, he made sure any problems were sorted the same day. He was very professional and when making visits to the properly he made sure he was COVID safe. I would highly recommend using this letting agents and I would definitely use them again.

Wow what a huge let down!
It is my understanding that this company is run by one person and unfortunately it is that one person who we found to be so unprofessional and unhelpful. We were looking to view a property that came onto the market that day, I called and was told it was more than likely sold already after one person had viewed it. I then received a call the following week to ask if we were coming to a viewing (30 minutes before it was due to start), which we had had no confirmation about and therefore couldn't make with the short notice.
Overall, we missed out on a wonderful house and the sellers could have received a much better offer from us had the agent allowed others to view it.
If I was selling a house, I would 100% not go with this agent.

I moved to this country from the USA to be with my wife and children. I have tried other agencies and was declined due to having no credit history in the UK. Andy’s name was provided to me by another company, he called me and provided me with a place that met my criteria. During our first meeting Andy told me he would help me get started and form a base here in the UK. After a few days I have the keys in my hand and am moving in tomorrow. I only have one negative comment and that is the timely manner of responses. I will also say with so many properties it may be hard to respond as promptly as I’d like but he did answer all my questions l. When I went to meet him to get the keys at 1900 he was there not a minute late.

I have used Logic for many years to help me find decent people to let our few houses and they have always done a first class job. As a small family business, you really get that personal touch. Would also recommend for tennant's too, they ensure everything is done right and push landlords to sort maintenance quickly, which i really respect as an ethical standard. Well I try to be positive with reviews so here goes ... Run by Andy who would make a great car salesmen with his sales tactics telling you he has people queing to get into the house. Then charged me £50 more than the same house on the basis the one I was in was brand new. No it wasn't I was the second Tennant and despite marketing everything as brand new it was all used. Even tried to get me to sign an itinerary stating everything was new.
The house looked nice on first viewing but when we moved in it was filthy. Toilet had remains of what someone had deposited, cooker and oven thick of grime and floors full of dirt and drawers and cupboards never wiped out. We had to clean the house top to bottom and got no discounts from Logic at all.
The grate on the drive was crumbling and I reported this to logic. They didn't do a thing and it was still in a dangerous condition when I left. As for grass cutting, well they stated I was responsible for maintaining the lawn with equipment the landlord would provide. No he didn't. Logic said the landlord didn't want me stealing his lawnmower. Not in the tenancy agreement. They decided to cut the grass ..once every two months!!!!!! I couldn't use the back garden as grass was so long. When they did cut it they hacked it with a petrol mower. Josh was challenged over this on a visit to the house to inspect it and said "Your only here for 6month What's the problem it is what it is" as for the staff, Josh was rude, arrogant and not interested in the Tennant. He had no customer care skills. Andy was a pressure salesman oh and Happy to disclose the name and occupation of my neighbour . Breach of GDPR as why should he do that. Did he have consent to do that?
The only person who was polite and showed an ounce of care was a lady called Sam Johnson. Strange how she suddenly stopped contacting us though .....I also kepped getting emails telling me inspections were due when they weren't.. computer errors was the excuse
At the end we left the house spotless and to be fair got my full bond back as well as the £150 I had to deposit for cleaning as I had a cat.
would I recommend Logic ... Simple answer is NO. ..if you do you will see what I'm talking about .. you have been warned people !!!!!

Rented a house from Logic lettings for the last 18 months. Couldn’t be happier, friendly professional service from a family run business. We recently moved out and there was no qibble about returning the bond, unlike previous experiences with other company’s. Andy and his team are a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant, flexible and friendly service. I can't fault Josh and the rest of the team for how quickly and efficiently all the paperwork was sorted out so I could move in as soon as possible. I love the house and the terms couldn't be fairer. Even little issues like some debris left behind and a dodgy shower have been fixed quickly with no questions asked. I think I'll be staying! I will give logic lettings a 5 star, After selling our house we wanted a place to rent quickly, while other letting Agents were telling us there will be a two weeks wait for the flat we wanted, and for all paperwork and references to be done.
when we found a flat let by logic lettings all paperwork and references were done in no time, and we moved in flat within a few days, I would mostly thank Andy. He removed all the stress for had.

Andy and Josh Were the ones I dealt with all the way through our tenancy and there amazing!
All I had to do was email or call the office and the issue was sorted within a day. Never had any bad conversations or anything with them.
If we had an issue they dealt with it straight away, and helped us in a situation when we needed it the most.

Before I get into this review of Logic, please be aware that before I posted a review ( they’re dated thank god) there was only one review that had been left (negative) and since posting only last week, there have been many outstanding “reviews” after my negative review so like anyone else, I’d question their ligitamacy to be honest, but hey ho- Logic obviously don’t want negative press..... (like those New reviews state- me and my partner are wrong. How do these “tennants” know this? ????)

Rude, aggressive and aren’t interested in honesty. Sam who works there is lovely but it’s a shame the owner is so aggressive.
Luckily for him, people only deal with estate agents / letting agents because they want a particular house but I wouldn’t trust them to look after my tenants with any kind of respect or decency and would seriously consider using a professional agency before allowing this company to look after your property.
Just to give you an example- after I made a complaint in person about how I had been treated as a tanant at one of their properties, I was told that the owner “isn’t interested” and I “should stay away from the office” and only contact them “via email”.

Logic Lettings quickly got us into our lovely new home. Explained everything fully, myself and partner know that we can call or email with any problems or queries.
After having a faulty tap in the kitchen and reporting it on our first check, no one was sent round. However when I emailed Sam and told her about the problem it was dealt with the very next day.
Mark the handy man, was so polite and friendly with my partner and I. We can’t thank him enough for his efficient and well-conducted service

I’ve dealt with letting agents in the past but never experienced the friendly family but also very professional approach as I have with logic letting. I’m a young person that had nothing to move into a home with and logic found me an affordable lovely clean homely furnished house.
Knowing that you can call office or mobile 24hrs and someone actually answers was a big plus for me.
I don’t think I’d deal with any other agency after using logic excellent customer service
And 2 bad reviews over 100s of good highly recommendations you be the judge? Logic wins
