I recently rented a property through crown, the lady that helped me Lauren as been amazing and a pleasure to communicate with and I wasn’t waiting about for replies, if I need anything I no she will be there to help. Me and my partner moved into a property that is managed by crown. We have had nothing but amazing service from these guys.
Lauren in particular was the agent to deal with myself and the property we are renting. She kept us up to date and always replied quickly to any queries we had.
Much appreciated, it made our rental process so much more of a delight in an otherwise stressful time.

I rent a house from them 4th year already. And i cant really say anything bad about them. Whenever there is an issue with something in household. Things gets repaired fairly quickly and emergencies are resolved imidiately. Good contact and never been ignored.

Terrible estate agent. We bought a house through them and just after we moved in the alarm started going off. I have an autistic daughter who is very sound sensitive so it was a nightmare. We were not given a code for the alarm. I rang Chris multiple times but was ignored or my calls were cancelled. He then turned off his phone and didn’t reply. This was not the only thing either. Avoid this place
