Georgina did her absolute best to help me process a claim for some of the deposit money after my tenant had moved out but had caused damage. This was an incredibly stressful and difficult experience- it took months and months to get resolved with very few updates and little progress with things moving at a snails pace. If I’d have known at the start how challenging this would have been, I never would have agreed to have a tenant that used ZDG. And if I’d have known how long this process would take, I never would have bothered to make a claim, meaning this particular deposit scheme is not fit for purpose. We are, finally, nearing the end of this difficult time, but, I must say, Georgina has been supportive throughout.

I am currently dealing with an end of tenancy matter with Reeds and Rains. I wish to state a very impressive note on Georgina Cole, Property Manager at Pontefract for her excellent support for sorting out my matter. I had a very serious concern over this particular matter, pertaining to end of tenancy, however, Georgina kindly appeared and she is negotiating this matter with the company, keeping me in very comfortable state. I feel, it’s a blessing for the company to have such a team member who is able to work upto the standard in order to meet the customer’s best satisfaction.
