Georgina did her absolute best to help me process a claim for some of the deposit money after my tenant had moved out but had caused damage. This was an incredibly stressful and difficult experience- it took months and months to get resolved with very few updates and little progress with things moving at a snails pace. If I’d have known at the start how challenging this would have been, I never would have agreed to have a tenant that used ZDG. And if I’d have known how long this process would take, I never would have bothered to make a claim, meaning this particular deposit scheme is not fit for purpose. We are, finally, nearing the end of this difficult time, but, I must say, Georgina has been supportive throughout.

Really impressed with the Reeds Rains Ponte team and very grateful for all their help with my recent house sale and purchase. They made the process so much easier, especially when it was difficult to get updates out of solicitors - Reeds Rains did a lot of running about for us, which took a lot of pressure off.
We had our first meet-up and valuation by Hedley, who was so lovely and made us feel like he had all the time in the world for us. He really listened to what we needed. We saw a number of other highly recommended/reviewed estate agents but we felt the best connection with Hedley, coupled with his valuation feeling the most robust. We sold the house for the amount he valued it at - which means that one estate agent massively underestimated it (and wouldn't have got us as much money) and another massively overestimated it (which would have led to disappointment). Hedley pitched it perfectly. A great start!
We tended to liaise mostly with Elise, who was really lovely and always came back to us if she couldn't take the call immediately. To be fair, I also spoke several times with Vicky and Ash, who also were really lovely to work with. I really liked that the team seemed to be informed as to our case, so I never felt like I had to explain who I was when I rang, which was actually really nice.
As mentioned above, when our solicitors weren't communicating, Reeds Rains really stepped up to the plate and did a lot of ringing round. We found them really informative and definitely alleviated pressure during a really stressful period.
The team was always friendly and happy to help, even when I was at my most stressed and grumpy. They really were great to work with and I'm glad we chose them. I would use them again without question. Highly recommend.

Not very pleased at all, there was very little movement from them for a number of months. Once I paid to go dual agents suddenly things began to happen. No one answered the phone , always messages to get back to me. Sometimes they did sometimes they didn't bother.
After a buyer was found I never heard anything from them again. I did all the interaction with the solicitor myself. the buyer and I were in constant touch because he wasn't getting anywhere with Reeds Rains. I went to my property one day and the door had been left unlocked after R R had done a showing. Iwould not use them again.

First time seller and Reeds Reins eased me through the process! Our evaluation was done by Scott. His approach was completely different to the other realtors. He was genuine, laid back and didn't try to "hard sell" me or be pushy. He also offered some handy tips of how to get our house up to a high standard to make more appealing to the market, And the fees were very reasonable too. We paid a little extra extra for higher quality photos, which were well worth it (thank you Lavern!) and when we were on the market, Vicky and Hedley coordinated our viewings. We were only on the market for 3 days before we got an offer, which Hedley promised to get above the asking price and that he did (thank you so much!)! I am more than happy and definitely made the right decision going with Reeds Reins. It can be a very daunting and stressful experience but they are always on hand to answer questions and are highly professional but also down to earth!

He worked hard to get me the asking price for my property and did everthing in his power to keep me informed and upto date, I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart. He was extremely professional, understanding and friendly, I felt I could ask him anything and it wasn't too much. He was always a joy to speak to and happy to help. He clearly loves what he does and is an asset to Reeds Rains.
Hedley provided a five star service! ???????????????????? He needs a pay raise or a promotion for the amount of work he put in! He definitely made my first ever selling experience a positive one.
The only reason I have rated Reeds Rains 4/5 is down to the negative expereince I had with the solicitors that they recommended. I would not reccomend Advantage Property Lawyers. Unfortunately they caused a lot of stress and unnecessary work for me due to lack of communication. Go with a solicitor you already know and trust.
Other than this, Reeds Rains were great and I would definitely sell with them again.

Had a fantastically smooth and professional experience when looking to rent a property. Both Hedley and Nicky were informative, helpful and made sure the whole process was as easy as possible. From start to finish the whole process took 7 days from first viewing to getting the keys and they both went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly, especially Nicky who chased the necessary paperwork all through Friday morning to ensure I could get the keys as planned. taken my deposit and built up my hopes, then doing all they could to reject me - because im disabled. they altered my income to being lower than it is, to then say i needed 6 months rent - which i have. my credit rating was supposedly poo when i know its good. all at the last minute with a very patronizing phone call like i was a child. nice people

All of the staff at Reeds Rain Pontefract extremely helpful and very efficient. They have always acted promptly on any request I have made and they always return calls. It had been especially difficult as we have moved to Ireland so it wasn't like we could just pop into the estate agents.
Stephanie Stuart led on my account so she was our first port of call. Steph was very conscious that we needed a quick sale as we were in Ireland but she was exceptionally helpful, efficient and courteous always returning get ourid calls.
