I had an incredibly frustrating experience renting from this company. Communication was poor, maintenance requests were ignored for years, and the overall condition of the property was subpar. They seemed more interested in collecting rent than addressing tenant concerns. I wouldn't recommend renting from them if you value a responsive and respectful costumer service.

Communication was poor, maintenance requests were ignored until i moved out so it can be taken from my deposit, and the overall condition of the property was subpar, mold and more broken stuff. They seemed more interested in collecting rent than addressing tenant concerns. I wouldn't recommend renting from them if you value a responsive and respectful costumer service.

First class! I can't recommend them highly enough. I am a landlord and they have provided a complete service.
When I bought the property they renovated it and fixed what needed to be fixed (using their contacts) at a much cheaper price than I could have done. They have always been able to find high-quality tenants very fast meaning the property has never been vacant for more than a few weeks. They also manage the let and I have always been paid on time. Finally, they are just very nice, helpful people.
Thanks for all your hard work over the years.
