My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

FRIST THING; absolutely kindle and Super Professional
Litterally AMAZING! I've used plenty of other estate agents in the past and they are not a patch on LONDON PROPERTY GURU. I was moving into a new home , this guys made the whole process so easy and stress free. Mithu are readily available via email and whats app. Brilliant service. Transparent. Professional. And I LOVE my new apartment.He made me feel very comfortable and instantly settled, and this guy is really able to solve everything. Would DEFINITELY recommend, especially over all other estate agents in the UK.

Malina and Mithu were prompt and efficient in searching for a suitable apartment for my family. They were also extremely professional in handling the contract and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were taken care of. After a lengthy search and numerous agencies, I am glad that LPG was able to meet all of my requirements. I would strongly recommend prospective tenants engage their services.

We needed to find a place fast! Malina and the team managed to get everything in place by Friday and simultaneously orchestrate it all over the weekend to have everything in place for a move in by midweek the following week. They were understanding about the timeframe and kept a cool to the very last minute. Ever since they've been understanding, helpful and quick to act.

She puts the client's wishes first and paid great attention to my needs and requirements.
