Updated Jan 25 After about 20 years of managing my property in an extremely helpful and efficient manner Longbridge Estates sold it for me in December 24 .They did everything they possibly could to support me and progress the sale . I could never have managed the flat without them and would not have considered asking any other agents to sell it when the time came to do so. I would recommend Gary and the team without any hesitation to anyone considering buying , selling or letting property in the area . I will miss them ! Excellent agents -have used them for years to organise all the admin and maintenance connected to letting my flat . Very efficient , friendly and reasonably priced . Highly recommended .... Disgusting attitude and customer service. I called to enquire and was literally ridiculed by the apparent director because “I should have followed the simple process & clicked a link” that didn’t exist on my side. As I tried to explain this I was met with sarcasm and patronising comments as if I was unable to understand basic instruction. Then I was hung up on when I asked to speak to someone else because and I quote “I am the director of the company” as per my picture there was no link and this could have been quickly resolved but the “director” was to busy expressing their years of experience in attempts to belittle me and my understanding of the business procedures.... Longbridge Estates have been brilliant. They took over the management of the block where my flat is and made a massive improvement. Previously the management company was charging for service charges but not doing much and the building was very run down. Longbridge took over and made great improvements. The block is now very nice, service charges are reasonable and they are great to deal with and helpful. If only all block management companies were like Longbridge.... Read more

Longbridge Estates managed my recent sale of my property. From start to finish the process was smooth and efficient. Given it was during covid, Gary & Cindy were both very considerate & respectful when coming to my property, to make sure they were covid safe. I was always kept updated with interest and viewings and when viewings were booked in Cindy was considerate and made sure it was convenient for me. My family and myself have been renting a property via longbridge estates for the last six months. Gary and his team are both friendly and professional, they are a pleasure to deal with. We recently had a problem when the washing machine developed a fault and between Gary and the landlord they arranged for an engineer to visit and evaluate the problem, although they found it uneconomical to repair it they arranged for a new replacement machine to be delivered and installed the following day.
