A very special shout out goes to Luisa, who chased progress, kept us informed and up to date throughout the various trials and tribulations that came our way... and there were a fair few. Without her pursuit of solicitors, I think we'd still be waiting for our move date! The welcome pack was a lovely touch and a nice treat, thank you.

Just wow! Having been as estate agent myself for the last 30 years my expectations and demands are very high as a vendor and Longsons certainly didn't disappoint. The communication throughout the whole transaction has been brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. For somebody that hasn't had to pay agency fees for years i don't begrudge them a penny of my fee. In an industry that has such a bad reputation for shocking service which in a lot of cases is certainly justified (my buying experience through a competitor was ridiculous), i really cant fault Longsons and would highly recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Luisa and Andrew. Keep doing what you're doing so well and you should dominate the Watton market!
