Extremely BAD Service! My experience with Nina was marred by a complete lack of care, professionalism, and competence, making it necessary for me to share my negative experience with others. From the beginning of our engagement, it was evident that Lotus Residential Agent did not prioritize their responsibilities or demonstrate a genuine concern for their clients. Communication was consistently poor, with unanswered phone calls, and when responses were provided, they were often delayed or failed to address my concerns adequately. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling neglected and frustrated! In addition, Lotus Residential Agent showed a concerning lack of attention to detail and an inability to handle crucial aspects of their job effectively. These errors not only caused additional stress for me but also raised serious doubts about their competence and commitment to their profession.This lack of competence eroded my trust in Lotus Residential Agent and left me questioning their ability to fulfill their role as a reliable and competent estate agent. Given the numerous shortcomings and frustrations I experienced with Lotus Residential Agent, I strongly advise caution when considering their services. My hope is that this review will prompt the company to reflect on their practices and take appropriate measures to ensure that future clients do not encounter the same level of disappointment and dissatisfaction. Thanks to a lovely landlord who has made an extreme effort to solve the issue! He does not need an agent! First time in my renting years I have seen a landlord deal with things directly and come to the flat and make us feel at ease!... Read more

This has been the worst experience of my life by a long long way. Nina does not reply. No one replies. They have taken all our information done every check, taken a £250 retainer, to message 4 weeks into the process, unfortunately the landlord does not want to accept your offer to rent. This has no explanation have not even had a call, just a credit note for the retainer. Gob smacked, furthermore we chase them once a day, honestly never have I ever, they should be bust.... I have been trying to reach one of the admins in the Lotus team in Leicester for last 9 days regarding an update with a property I already viewed , provided all required documents for. I only looked for an application result (negative or positive) so I can wait or move on. nothing heard from the person (Nina Chana) who is dealing with the property even though I was told that they were going to call me back with an update.... Exceptional service from an independant agency. I have used Haart, Connells in Leicester and they don't come close to the level of service I have received from Lotus Residential. Having a reliable and honest agency for me is crucial as I live 120 miles form Leicester. I would highly recommend Nina and her team if you need a trustworthy agency. Truly a hidden gem.... I left a review on the 18/01/2018 about my concerns with my property as unsuitable for living -seen in the attached screenshot. Shortly after that Nina contacted me and promised to resolve all my issues by end of the month. I was glad that we were finally making good progress but up till today which is about 6 months now, she was only able to clear the garage. I was hoping they would change the cooker as well because it had no safety device and we had 2 incidences of gas leak. But for my safety and that of my kids I had to buy a new cooker. However Nina was swift in sending an engineer to remove the old and fit mine. Unfortunately, my issues have not been resolved because the garden has not been sorted. The worst part of it is she doesn’t return my calls or reply messages. So, I ended up paying to clear out a bit so we could open the windows without all sorts of insects flying in - as seen in the pictures attached. Anybody willing to rent from this agent should beware because, apparently, they are more interested in letting the property without regard for safety and maintenance.... Read more

Disappointing to say the least....I appointed these as my letting agents after a recommendation from a mortgage broker....from the very first meeting I found the Director (Nina) to be slow to act...it took over a week to get my property on the website and then I found out that she didn't even follow up clients who wanted to move in before XMas; clients that I have now lost due to lack of follow up from Nina. To make matters worse, Nina rang me on Friday and assured me that i would see changes by Monday, and then she goes on Holiday to Jamaica! Hugely disappointed with the lack of customer service, will be appointing another agent now...shame to have wasted so may weeks with this company.... Read more

Lotus Residential are professional estate and letting agents with up to date knowledge &experience legal & legislators rights. I' m landlord Nina Chana promised me that she can find me a tenant immediately. To my superise she lined up a tenant within 24hrs. I'very been very happy & fully satisfied with their services. What they promised, they delivered. They manage all my propertit's now. There charges are very reasonable with full transparency (no hidden extras charges).
