We bought our first property through Love Living Hackney and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Ella was incredibly helpful from the viewing process right through to completion, and was always very responsive to our queries. We'd also like to give a shout out to David for expediting issues directly with our solicitor and seller. We will definitely keep them in mind when we eventually sell.

I’m so glad we chose David to help sell our property. They were recommended to us by our neighbours, and our flat wasn’t the easiest to sell, but we got an amazing offer and despite all the bumps in the road David helped us navigate all the steps and ensured we knew what was needed at every step.
They knew how to get our sale over the line and manage all the expectations, which I think had to be the hardest part of selling.
We met other agents before choosing Live Living Hackney and I’m really glad we chose them - would definitely recommend

We bought and sold through Love living and they are hands down the best estate agents we’ve ever worked with - Max and David are lovely people, honest, hard working and they are a pleasure to deal with. We even missed them after the process had ended!
They also really understand the housing market, and area - they gave great advice and pushed the process along quickly. They are clearly passionate about houses too, which comes across well to buyers and helps the sale. The material they produced was high quality and very design focussed - they really cared about the detail, and why our house was so unique.
We now recommend them to all our friends, and would use them again in a heart beat!
Also they made getting the keys to our house so special - they are the best!! Thank you Max and David!!

Renting with Love Living was fantastic. When I had a leak, David showed up at 9 pm to sort it out, which was impressive. Plus, Max and Ella were great throughout the whole process. My sister and I had a brilliant experience working with the entire team at Love Living Hackney. Max, David, and Ella were outstanding throughout the entire process. Initially, we were skeptical, having had less-than-ideal experiences with other estate agents in the past, but this team never let us down. They were transparent and honest, providing information without being overbearing, allowing us to come to our own conclusions during our search. Even after completing our purchase, they have continued to be extremely helpful. We couldn't recommend them any higher. They truly set a standard that all estate agents should aspire to.

Max and David are true professionals and lovely people. They oversaw a longer-than-expected sale through with expertise, warmth and a human touch. How they’re able to give such a personal service to each of their clients is a mystery, but their one-to-one chat communication system, availability for phone conversations and willingness to go above and beyond when needed has made a possibly challenging period so much easier than expected. 10/10 recommendation for Love Living estate agents + David and Max at the helm…thank you!

Max and David were responsive at all times and fully engaged in moving the process forward while being attentive to the needs of all parties. They created the most amazing pictures and advert and our flat sold within a week. With them you are getting a 5 star service . I would highly recommend if selling in the Hackney area .
