When we moved out of our flat, Cristian and Helen, whom we had good relations with until then, turned out to be despicable and dishonest. These two people are not on the side of the tenants and are mostly after the money. This has left us shocked and broken. When giving back your flat, make sure you know the law when it comes to the deposit, because they will not give you notice of what they will take from it, and won't ask for your permission. More than half of our deposit went into buying paint and re-painting a room, when we had been asked to keep paint in the flat all year, therefore loosing considerable storage space that we were paying for but not allowed to use. They of course never sent us the receipt of the paint, blaming the painter, and we never got the money back.... Read more

Third time I rent out my flat through Findlay Property (since 2017) and they have always been great finding the most amazing tenants. Jenny before and more recently Jack, they have all been great keeping me informed of what was happening, progress after viewings, recommendations about tenants etc. I also value that they offer their various services and make suggestions but they are not pushy.... I few months ago, I was in Broadway market shopping in a DIY shop when I discovered Findlay Estate Agent. I was in the middle of doing some work in our property, so I wasn’t particularly well dressed when I decided to step in the agency. I was very well received by Jack the letting agent Manager and other staff. Initially, what impressed me the most was the synergy and friendliness between the Findlay team in this office. You could tell that they work together and there is a lovely atmosphere. It was this first encounter that made me decide to engage Findlay agency to let our property. And from the first visit from Jack in our property I was very impressed by his faultless communication skills, his excellent knowledge of the rental market and his impeccable manners: indeed, he even took his shoes off when he visited our property. Jack was instrumental in securing good tenants for our property. After each viewing, he gave us a detailed written report on how the viewing went and always answered my numerous questions with a lot of courtesy. In no time, Jack and his team were able to secure excellent tenants for us. I would recommend Findlay as an estate agent. They are straightforward and made renting our property effortless.
