We live abroad and Jessica is responsible for overseeing the property, dealing with tenant issues and handing any communications with Hackney Council. We have been incredibly impressed by Jessica since she took over management of the property last year. Jessica is incredibly efficient, has very sound decision making skills and is a brilliant communicator. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I trust her to always make a fair, smart choice for us as landlords, and imagine that our tenants feel much the same way. Thanks Jessica!

Had a good start with our property from the moment we signed and thankfully we have had no issues raised until recently (with boiler). Lilly (property manager) has dealt with these issues with a lot of care and has been updating us frequently which is something we really value as it can be frustrating if you don’t know what’s going on. We highly recommended Blake Stanley, they really do genuinely care for their clients. Thank you to Lilly for solving problems we have recently had in a snap.

My partner and I have been happy tenants with BS for three years in a flat that we love. BS has helped us to establish a good relationship with our landlord by taking care of all the paperwork, rent collection, and helping us to secure this flat in the first place when we were looking for a nice and afforable flat to start our family. Since then we have been well looked after by our landlord personally. We are proud to call this flat our home, and to raise our young daughter here.

Jessica Mullins recently took over as the manager of our particular flat. Since Jessica came along our experience went from "very good" to "excellent", as Jessica helped us to work quickly through a few issues. Jessica is professional, cordial, and communicative. During the last couple of weeks we've been very happy to sign on for yet another year at our beautiful flat. We are confident that if we have any problems, we will be able to contact Jessica directly and that she will help us.

My property has just been sold through Blake Stanley and I have nothing but praise for their sales team, who were prompt and professional throughout. My sales lead was Alex, who knows both the market and his profession inside out, has a lovely positive energy and was a pleasure to deal with; and Matthew has been great, too. I particularly appreciated the weekly Friday updates and their patience with my frequent telephone queries. A worthwhile local company to support, which cares about its reputation and client relationships rather than short-term sharkery. I had considered using a digital agency, but having gone through the complex sales process with Blake Stanley and also tried to buy through several online companies, I'm glad I didn't. They deserved their fee.

It was a pleasure dealing with Gavin with the sale of my property.
After requesting a valuation via Rightmove which linked me to 4 other local agents Gavin was the last agent to contact me, after speaking with 4 other estate agents I must say I had very little interest however I must say Gavin’s approach was by far the most pleasant and reassuring, he wasn’t pushy or scripted like the other agents I had spoken to.
At the valuation he maintained this pleasant and warming approach and presented a full marketing plan which he had prepared specifically for my property which none of the other agents I met with produced.
I decided to market my property with them on a sole agency basis. He gave an estimated timescale of 6 weeks which I though was very optimistic but further to my surprise I received an offer within just 2 weeks. Whist I did not accept this first offer they later got me another 2 offers 2 weeks later which I accepted one. All in all they managed to sell my property in just over 3 weeks.
I’ve been impressed with the regular updates and even more impressed with them putting up with my 101 questions.
I look forward to working with them on my next project and would highly recommend them within the area.

We made an offer that was unfortunately not accepted but I just wanted to say how much I was impressed with Rihannon from start to finish, she was an absolute star and really made us feel that she had our best interests at heart. Even though we didn't get the property she did her best and wasted no time in refunding our holding deposit. When we need to move again she will be our first point of contact!
