If you’re a first time buyer, and especially one in an interracial relationship, (and has had weird interactions with some estate agents in Kenilworth, Leamington and Warwick as a result), I would recommend this R A Bennett branch. They were a breath of fresh air.
We initially had Jason as our mortgage broker, and he was extremely helpful, answering our many questions. When we put down our first ever offer for a property (at a rival estate agent), Jason was extremely helpful even though it fell through.
Luckily, what ended up happening was that we bought our first home last year via RA Bennett (with Pauline in Leamington), and it went well.
Both were professional and polite helping us through the process.

When we first started thinking about selling our house we had valuations from a few different estate agents, but Luke from RA Bennett in Warwick put us immediately at ease, was very helpful and encouraging, and made the decision of who to go with really simple. Luke was then really supportive throughout the whole process of advertising and selling our house, and he, Charlie, and branch manager Ian were always happy to answer questions about what was happening or what our next steps should be. For a so say high end, established estate agents I am very disappointed with the experience we had with the Warwick Branch in particular.
We submitted our final offer after all viewings had be completed. Promised that no more were to take place and that the property would be withdrawn from the market only to find out a week later they had shown more buyers around the house, meaning we were then gazumped with a higher offer.
I would avoid dealing with RA Bennett or at the very least take out buyers insurance as they were not the least bit sorry about theirs or the sellers behaviour. I appreciate it's a seller's market currently but RA Bennett and the seller have shown their true greedy colours it seems.

There was a long and complicated chain, however in spite of this, Ian and the team were consistently communicative, proactive and supportive, and we felt that we were in safe hands throughout. Although there are cheaper alternatives, we found with RA Bennett Warwick that you absolutely get what you pay for, and their service was absolutely worth the investment. From the initial marketing pack (including excellent pictures and a virtual tour which looked brilliant on RightMove!) right the way through to completion, we were delighted with the service we received! From the point of which they sold our property, they were patient, cooperative and responsive despite being busier than ever with the stamp duty relief. They will take all your requirements down on what you are looking for but will ring you with houses on the market which do not meet your requirement, convince you into having viewings or even convince you to consider houses which you wont even consider. Then when you find out they have a house on the market with your requirements they wont even tell you about it and when you try to book a viewing its already sold. They take no effort in helping the buyer and I hope all sellers are aware they are missing valuable potential buyers as I was willing to pay well over the asking price on many houses which sold without being notified in advance. No point in being on there list when they don't know how to inform potential buyers. It seems they are very selective on informing potential buyers about anything that meets there requirements.

Claire was fantastic! I called and spoke to Luke (clearly office junior) to ask him something and he told me I had to go via my solicitor - very unhelpful. There was no communication at all during lockdown. Ian (Manager) implied the housing market was going to drop due to Covid 19 when he finally called ne to say the buyer had reduced his offer by 30%. No talk of RA Bennet reducing their fee. Finally accepted £10k below agreed asking price. Once sold I had communication from both Luke and Ian asking if I would communicate directly with the buyer to sort some things out. When I declined Luke asked "What am I supposed to tell the Buyer?"

He found us a house, which at the time he didn’t have any details for, but said he knew we’d love it. After viewing it, we put our offer in and had it accepted within 15 minutes. Not once did he try to get us to pay more or enter any kind of bidding war. He has responded to every email and query quickly and without getting frustrated at what must seem multiple minor questions.
We are now dealing with Ian and like Luke, he has been awesome. Responded quick and keeping us up to date every step of the way.
I can not recommend R.A.Bennett enough, with a pregnant girlfriend, they’ve been brilliant from the word go. They have found us a perfect first home to start our family and we can’t wait to finally move in.

Most estate agents just guide you through a house buying process, which is stressful enough. R A Bennett guided us through this and the COVID pandemic with care and compassion, as well as delivering a highly professional service.
Claire came out back in January 2020 to give us a clear, concise and easily understandable plan of action for selling. This immediately put me more at ease as there were no hidden bits I didn’t understand.
Luke then came to do the viewings, and swiftly found us a buyer, largely I think part to his genuine enthusiasm for his job, which rubs off on everyone around him.
The came the pandemic which threw everything everywhere off kilter.
However as soon as trading commenced, I heard from Ian, and it is easy to see why he has thrived in the industry for so long. In less than a month he’d navigated us to exchange and then completion.
I cannot recommend this team highly enough. If you are buying, looking to rent, sell, or a prospective landlord, and fall into their catchment area, go straight to the Warwick branch.

Luke, Claire and Ian were great, they did everything they said they would do and keep us well informed all the way through selling our property and buying another. They made the process very stress free and easy. They always responded to phone calls and emails and it was obvious they updated each other. Ha ha these reviews are quite obviously false. Warning - do not use RA Bennett Leamington Spa if you are a tenant. You will get no replies to your maintenance issues and you will not get your deposit back at the end of your tenancy. Their Property Manager prides himself on never visiting their properties. What more can I say you have been warned.

Would not let me view a house unless I registered with them. Why? Apparently so they could find me the right house. On pointing out I could use Rightmove and had no desire to be inboxed with other houses they told me 'register with us or you can't view the house'. Never had that with any other agent. Not prepared to be dictated to by an estate agent, they're supposed to be working on behalf of the buyer not themselves.

I cannot speak higher of an estate agent than RA Bennett in Warwick. Led by Ian I have never met with such a brilliant, professional and genuinely courteous people in all my life.
The whole team, Andreas, Natalie, Ian and most recently Olivia are the most courteous caring people you could ever ask for in an estate agent.
Their Marketting was top class, the pictures were out of this world and believe me they do everything they can to secure you the viewings and offers. But this is just the tip of the iceberg I am most grateful for the communication between myself and Ian. We unfortunately had a sale fall through. But these guys made this as pain free as possible and it wasn’t long before we had another sale and were progressing right through until exchange.
With these guys you feel as if you are their only client. It is unbeatable and miles above any high street agent, and particularly an internet agent. Don’t be fooled not all agents are the same, and you need communication during sales progression. You need a point of contact. Selling your home is the most stressful experience in your life and without a quality agent supporting you throughout the way it is a nightmare.
I am not an easy client to have, I am most grateful for the patience, excellent communication and desire to please you as their client.
Their fee is very very reasonable for the service you receive.

I just wanted to outline our our view and involvement with RA Bennett, Jury Street, Warwick. In summary this is a well run and exceptional professional team of people managed by Ian Whitfield. We had several valuations with other local Estate Agents who were uninspiring and just gave the standard opinion and responses. That changed when we invited Mr Callum Garry, from RA Bennett to give us his assessment. Callum immediately recognised the potential of our property and valued it accordingly. Superb pictures were taken which really made our day and I think were instrumental in the rapid sale of our house. Due to their marketing and experience we had car after car driving past to get an early view. In two days we had five offers at or well over the asking priced. In Summary the entire team supported our sale and I would like to thank them all. My special thanks to Ian who went the extra distance and helped guide the sale through. Truly Excellent!

Arranged a viewing on a property the estate agent didn’t turn up to the viewing. Never informed us they wouldn’t be turning up. This company also passed our details onto other estate agent who have rang me every day since trying to sell our house even though we explicitly said we didn’t want them to. When we called to arrange the viewing they suggested that we weren’t good enough to buy the property and was trying to put us off seeing the house even though they never knew anything about us! If you are looking to use them maybe keep this in mind as they are rude and unfriendly to potential buyers
