I walked into his office today and he yelled at me what are you doing here? I replied this is a shop. I don’t want people in my shop he continues to be aggressive towards me I said ok and turn around to walk out. By the time I got to the door he yelled at me what do I want and I replied nothing from you. Then he said good and locked the door when I left and this had to be the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone unless you want to be yelled at…..

Awful experience, I enquired about a property listed for sale (1 of only 3 on their website) and the individual that took my call was very negative and even rude. He just said 'what do you wanna know'. He didn't ask for my details, told me all the bad points of the property and was so dismissive I asked him - are you ok? He replied he could spend his time just taking calls on this property - that's kind of your role chap! That's how sales start - needless to say, although I was very interested he simply killed it dead and I couldn't progress with this individual as an Agent, could never imagine building a relationship to enable a £950k purchase on Marine Drive, Goring to happen. I feel for the sellers as this chap is NOT working for you...

My husband and I were looking to move back to the village and we found a lovely property with Mark Oliver. He arranged a viewing for us straight away. We put our offer in and it was accepted! Mark was so helpful and we had great communication throughout the whole process from viewing to date of completion. We are so over the moon with our new home and can’t thank Mark enough for all he did.

My wife and I have just moved into the lovely Ferring Village and Mark himself has made our move feel secure and welcoming.
I completely agree with the reviews that focus on his knowledge and his ability to be proactive for both parties.

Mark has managed the letting of my flat in West Worthing for the past 5 years and I am very happy with the service. I cannot take the negative reviews on this site seriously; Mark always gets back to me if I leave a message and goes the extra mile to ensure both me as his client, and my tenants, are happy.

Mark Oliver called the next day and explained there had been a problem with his system.....
So I have amended my rating
Mark Oliver made an appointment with me to view a property. He did not arrive, when I finally managed to get hold of him he said the property had been let the previous day. He did not bother to let me know. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would never use this agent again

Mark Oliver made an appointment with me to view the property at 12.15 on the 11th June. He did not arrive, I called his number repededly but had no reply. I eventually got hold of him and he said that the property had an agreed tenent the previous day. He did not contact me to tell me this. He just let me drive all the way to the property and couldn't be bothered to call and cancel our viewing.
I was bitterly disappointed with his lack of professionalism. I would never use this agent again

I have called them 4 times, left a message and emailed - no one gets back to you - how they plan on selling anything is beyond me!! Really really bad service. Shame you cannot give minus stars

I spoke with Mark oliver about the rental of a bungalow, he was extremely rude and asked inappropriate questions about what I would do when the tenancy ended. Very unprofessional and arrogant would never use again. My partner passed his office and he was sat with his feet on the desk.
