I wouldn’t recommend buying a house through this company, try and find another estate agent. From the start just not helpful in trying to view somewhere, and then when the house had sold keeping it on the market but also trying to tell me that I’m not in a position to do certain things. Definitely shouldn’t assume certain people’s position.
There’re better company’s out there, and the person I spoke to was nothing but unprofessional and rude.

The service was personable, courteous, professional and extremely responsive. The individual agents worked seamlessly as a team and above all you felt as though your business really mattered to them. While estate agents elsewhere in the South East or W Sussex may treat you as a number, this agency goes out on a limb to work that bit harder for vendor and buyer alike. We cannot praise the team enough for a fantastic buying experience.

Overall we were very pleased with the service we received from Symonds Reading and specifically Angela Brockwell. We were selling my Mother's property and there were a number of hurdles, like 2 Lockdowns, a furlough, 2 abortive sales and a change in company ownership but throughout with Angela's serious help and determination we got there and it's now sold. I should also say that the admin staff were extremely helpful and compliment the team as a whole. I would therefore have no problem in recommending what is now Michael Jones in Ferring.

We registered with six Estate Agents at the end of 2019 and Symonds and Reading were the business that decided to go the extra mile to help us find the property we were looking for. Roger and then Angela helped us over the months (despite the difficulties with Covid-19) and after viewing many properties Angela found us the property we have now bought. Angela and Roger could not have been more helpful or patient. Great service and always with a smile. Thank you.

A great professional team. Moved into the area approx. 4 weeks ago, before we considered our new home, our viewing was well organised with a video link 3D via the web site. This was just right to get a feel for the property with our actual viewing booked in, we both loved the house right away and even more so now we are in. Any questions by the team were answered timely with professional responses. The team were all a great help, even with a parcel for the previous owner, they obliged contacting the previous owner collecting the very next day. The previous owner gave us a tour of the switches and such like, all such lovely people. A big thank you from my wife and me to make our wishes become a reality for many years to come .

I called the office with regards to a job advertisement but sadly it wasn't enough hours for me. The sales negotiator was very polite and pleasant and wished me good luck. I know Symonds and Reading as they are the local agent to where I live and my parents bought their house from them. Their knowledge of the local area and market is excellent and whilst I haven't used them personally I would always recommend them
