Super professional, friendly and the service was 10/10, Jasmine went the extra mile to ensure we didn't go homeless. There were bumps in application process but they went over and above to try and secure the property for us. Couldn't move in in the end unfortunately due to complications, but the help is very much appreciated.

I have just completed a sale with Hawks and I can't emphasise how much I have appreciated all Sophie's hard work. At this very busy time she has always found time to talk to me and deal with my concerns and not just in 'normal' office hours. She is so personable and professional and has a great attitude - even injecting some humour to ease the pressure. Five star service and wouldn't hesitate to use Sophie again.

We recently sold our house and thought doing this during a pandemic might be difficult but Hawks got us more offers than we were expecting and a better price than we were expecting too! It was our first time selling and we felt well guided and reassured throughout the process. Overall we found Hawks to be really great and would highly recommend them.

The agent didn't know anything about the property she showed me around. She arrived late and when I contacted Hawks, they just said "she'll be there in a minute". 15 mins later, I witnessed her driving up to the property with a dog in her lap hanging out the driver window. She didn't observe any social distancing measures, standing right beside me the entire viewing. Not professional in any sense of the word.

Never seen so many fake 5-star reviews on one page... All written the same, all within the last couple months.... Nice work Sophie. Unfortunately rebranding from M&Co to 'Hawks' or whatever name you choose to put on the shop front does not change the caliber of the people working inside...
I would suggest you follow the other real reviews and avoid this place like the plague. They lie, they will pressure you and take your money without reason. Completely unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Avoid.

I would like to personally thank and also highly recommend Sophie Baxendale. I first met her in 2014 when buying a cottage in Hanwell. She ensured the process ran smoothly and quickly (it was completed in 30 days from my offer being accepted).
As a direct consequence of her professionalism and communication I decided to find her again when the time came to sell in 2020.
Once again she secured an offer, kept me up to speed every step of the way and I cannot fault her service.
If you are looking for a brilliant estate agent, she's the one! Thank you again Sophie.

Martin & Co are the best agent l have used... I cannot believe how resilient they have been in these trying times; they’ve managed to let my property and move people in safely and whilst following government guidelines. I just cannot thank Sophie and her team, Jasmine, Shehzaad and Ellisa for their sheer determination to pull through when others have let me down. I do not believe any other agent could have done a better job, I take my hat off to them, true professionals through and through.

Worst estate agents I have ever spoke to or dealt with. Extremely rude. They don't listen when the client speak. Pretty much everything that comes out of their mouth is a lie. Beware, avoid them like the plague!!!
