The staff were very rude, I asked for a very simple and standard photocopy certification of passport and driving licence in order to buy a house, and they rudely hanged up the phone on me, I had future plans to sell my house with them, not anymore

Excellent letting agency, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The agency is very professional I fully recommend anyone to either let their property or rent through them.

Awful place. Didn't get my bond back due to their incompetents. I was placed with a crazy landlord, who they admitted was unhinged, so I asked to break my tenancy early. It was agreed with all parties. I was then accused of leaving early therfore lost my 900 quid deposit. The house was terrible too. Broken cooker. Broken doors in the kitchen. Broken central heating and fire. Nothing was fixed. Obviously on viewing the property none of this was apparent.

We requested a viewing on a property online, 5 days later they came back to us and said it was due to them being short staffed the call backs had been delayed, they arranged for us to view the property telling us we would be the 1st to view but could not get us in for for 48 hours ( basically took them a week to get a viewing in the diary ) so myself and my partner both took the morning off work only to get a phone call 1 hour 30 mins before the appointment saying the property has now gone:

What happened to being the first people to view the property, we were clearly lied to regarding the the next available viewings.

Completely shocking customer service. Me and my girlfriend viewed one of their properties and were told we would meet the landlord to submit an application to live there. Promised a phone call everyday for 5 days, didn't get one Phone call. Rang today and been told the property has been already been gone!!!!!. Me and my girlfriend taken time off work and lost money and not to even get a phone call. Avoid this place at all costs!
