Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

Hawks manage my flat in Acton for 10 years and I must say the service was professional, consistent and very reliable. They work very well as a team, they finally helped me sell my property and I am very happy overall. Very grateful for the good work by Sandip, Jasmine, Susie, Omar.

Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer.
Sandeep and Jas were always helpful.
Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all.
Sandeep was a big help indeed.

I have been renting my property with Hawks for about 10 years now. I have always found them to be very helpful and efficient both with current renters and finding new ones when the time comes. They have recently added Yasmine Nabil to the team who has been excellent.
