I have been dealing with Tracy Lawason brach manager at Bridgefords crewe for the last few months whilst purchasing several properties in the local area. Tracy is a positive, committed & self motivated individual who clearly takes pride in her work . Professional in all that she does Tracy guides you through the whole process with the minimum of fuss, always attentive, any E mail or phone call is dealt with in a timely manner. Backed up by other members of the team Matt Portlock in lettings has proved himself to be a problem solver and has excellent communication skills when dealing with negotiations with tenants. Hannah in sales is also worthy of mention again always helpful and quick to return calls. It is obvious Tracy runs a tight ship and all departments work in harmony with each other. I will have no hesitation in using Bridgefords Crewe for any future purchases. Well done all.

5 star review being left here, I thought selling a house would be stressful but with the help of the lovely team at Bridgefords is was tbh effortless and I had help and reassurance every step of the way. At the beginning when the house valuations were coming in Bridgefords gave me an honest answer on the value whilst other competitors gave silly amounts to try and get me under their belt (no doubt they work on commission) can’t fault Bridgefords 10/10 special mention to Tracy too!

Dealt mainly with Hannah at the Crewe branch. Dealing with demanding and bossy people must be hard but she kept her cool and assisted me to the best of her ability through the whole process (which was a lengthy one!).

Professional and helpful, while at the same time breaking down all the complex parts of property selling into understandable language. We mostly dealt with Jade but Tracy and Hannah are always on hand to help when Jade was on viewings or out of office and can say that they are all very approachable and good at what they do. The property market can be a very emotional and tough place to navigate through, but I can recommend Bridgfords as a good agent to get your property sold with. The house was also properly valued as verified in the subsequent surveys.
