13th Jan 2026 (24 days ago)Alison Southern visited the property to provide us with a quote and explain their services. All options were explained in a clear and friendly manner, and there was no pressure exerted throughout. We opted to go with Stephenson Browne and service was exceptional. James did the photography which was highly professional, and we were advised of any viewings of the empty property. We used the “Iamsold” modern auction method and the house sold within weeks. Highly recommended!

13th Jan 2026 (24 days ago)My partner and I were first time buyers and Austin hawk were brilliant, we made the mistake of going with a rubbish solicitors and if it wasn't for Lewis I'm not sure we would have made it through the months, we had the privilege of working directly with Lewis, he honestly was an absolute gem, he was with us from the very beginning all the way to the end, his communication was incredible. He is an asset to the company and we will 100% be coming back to Austin hawk should we ever sell. Lewis made the experience calming and fun and got excited with us which was what we needed considering the solicitors we chose. I am very grateful to everyone at Austin hawk especially Lewis, thank you for making our experience great ???? if your first time buyers or looking to buy please consider Austin hawk, they truly made the experience of buying a house just that little bit less stressful.

I would advise landlords to avoid giving them properties to manage, as payments were repeatedly delayed even when tenants paid their rent on time. Please be cautious if you wish to avoid potential financial complications.
27th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)Sadly, although Buttersjohn bee were very helpful, I didn’t get any viewings. i have now moved to James du Pavey.- 9th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)From this branch, to the overall ‘countrywide’ who manage end of tenancies, I’ve only had unpleasant, negative encounters. That is if they actually bother to answer their phone or reply to your emails. They only engage if it benefits them. I have been renting for 10 years (two years with this agency) so I know very well what great agent/landlord experiences can be like. This agency enables greedy landlords, and will allow them to increase rent at very short notice, to unreasonably high rates. Six weeks before our tenancy was due to renew, we were told we either had to sign 12 months contract or risk our rent being increased. The worst of all is that they failed to disclose the fact that the landlord lives next door to the property we were renting. Very disappointing experience.
29th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)? I had a fantastic experience with this estate agents from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. Buying/selling a property can be stressful, Callum made everything feel smooth and manageable. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Callum’s very knowledgeable, and gave helpful advice without ever being pushy knowing I wasn’t good at all of this, knowing I am older and found a lot of this difficult. It really felt like Callum had my best interests at heart. Also thank you to Caroline and Zoe (if I got the name wrong, the lady who sits next to Callum in the congleton office) Thanks again. Sue
1st Feb 2026 (5 days ago)The service we've had from Townbridge has been exceptional. Seeing as they were our sellers estate agents and not ours, they went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with our forever home. What was meant to be a quick and easy purchase didn't quite go that way. But with the help from April, and Geroge going above and beyond we got there! All the team are friendly, helpful and orgainsed. Nearer the end of the process I was speaking to George virtually every day, and never once did he show his frustation for all my calls, acting professional and friendly at all times, as well as being proactive and assertive to get to the point of completion. A truly amazing team who deserve all the praise and credit they recieve and have set the bar on how buyers/sellers should be treated with what can be at times, a very stressful situation. Thanks all for all your help and support, it will never be forgotten!

From providing clear initial quotes and explaining how the process works, through to taking photos and liaising with solicitors right up to final exchange, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I would strongly recommend them, particularly their package working with Step Legal. Thank you for helping to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

She has helped my Son & Daughter-in-law secure their Perfect first home together :) She is very accommodating and very quick to answer any questions or queries you may have. When making an offer and having it excepted she swiftly removed the property off the market and cancelled all further viewings to secure the property. Since having the offer excepted Paige has kept us informed and up dated on the progress of the purchase . 5***** Estate Agent.

14th Aug 2025 (25 weeks ago)When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

We contacted Dean Reeves who really worked swiftly and professionally and found us a buyer within a week of our initial discussions. Both Dean and his Sales Manager Emma Williams were both professional, friendly and very helpful. Thanks ????

They went above and beyond for me, not just once, but twice — after my first buyers unfortunately fell through. From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. When the initial sale collapsed, they didn’t miss a beat. They reassured me, relisted the property quickly, kept me fully informed, and worked tirelessly to secure new buyers. The property sold the day it was re-listed!! Their determination, communication, and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. Communication is outstanding, set up a ground whatsapp and kept me up to date through the process and checked in regularly, which is hugely appreciated ???? Will and Jordan were always available to answer questions, offer honest advice, and keep things moving forward. It truly felt like they were as invested in selling my house as I was. Thanks to their hard work and persistence, the sale was successfully completed in the end. They aren't pushy at all, we thought about selling our house a couple of times over the years and they never pushed us when we decided it wasn't the right time. When we finally decided to sell they were amazing. They made sure to keep you updated all the way through and ensured we got feedback after every viewing. Thank you for everything, I would and have recommended you to others!
