At the end of January 2018 Stephenson Browne acquired long established heavy weight industry name McGarrigle & Co taking over both the sales and rentals offices. Fast forward and within the first twelve months the team were awarded a prestigious British Property Award for the best customer service in Crewe. Fantastic, reliable and trustworthy staff who made selling our property a lot less stressful than it should have been given we had to endure months of incredibly poor service and communication from our buyer's solicitors. Poor, little communication asking us for what to do next, constantly conflicting advice, viewings that don't materialize. AVOID don't waste your time and effort like I sadly did would rather rate negative but 1 star is the lowest I can give.
