When we decided to sell our 3 Bedroom Home In Harbourne, We met with 2 other agents but myself & my wife instantly knew MECs would be the Agents due to their knowledge and to be honest no nonsense valuation.
They set up the viewings brought a number of buyers and then had offers in for us to decide what would be best.
Once we accepted the whole process was very efficient especially the communication from staff at the office, from survey to solicitor we can say MECs made it smooth right through to completion.
