Reported that one of their For Sale signs (21 Mariner Avenue B16 9DF) had blown down. 2 1/2 weeks later they've done nothing about it.

This agent does not reply to calls to book viewings and their phone is always engaged. I think they have only 1 number which is pathetic. . Then after DEMANDING a viewing tried to put in offer and told my offer was insufficient and kept insisting someone has bid more than you without even telling me what the other party had bid!
They kept insisting I bid more because there was a lot of interest , however I just think they were trying to inflate the house value. When I pulled out of the bidding , would you believe it the property is still for sale 4 weeks later! Then made another enquiry and same thing happened with bidding and informed just been sold! Would think twice before giving them my property to sell.

Helped my brother buy his house through these guys. The guys were polite and helpful in the estate agency side of things. The only dissatisfaction was when their in house solicitors only worked for the vendors and didn't help the sale on the buyers side I.e enquiries, no information why the delay with completion and fed back to our solicitor that the vendors were on holiday and didnt give a completion date which was delayed for two weeks which meant we bought home insurance earlier then eneded. Not good practice on solicitors part. Very tense and stressful situation for us. Was supposed to be a 2-3months but it dragged for 4 months. As I said estate agency side will recommend. Solicitors side dont think so. This is our personal experience.

I have used Englands to purchase my house three weeks before. Caroline has provided a very pleasant experience on my purchase. She is honest and supportive. There were few challenges during the purchase, however she managed to resolved them in an efficient way. I would certainly recommend Caroline for her sincere efforts.
