We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Michael Graham – Central Milton Keynes for the purchase of our new property, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Unlike Chewton Rose, who efficiently handled the sale of our previous home, Michael Graham was disappointingly unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the entire process.
From the very beginning, Michael Graham's lack of proactivity was evident. Their communication was poor, and they failed to keep us updated on important developments. On the day of completion, the situation deteriorated further. Both the branch manager and another key team member were unreachable, leaving us in a lurch at a critical moment.
After the completion, we were left standing outside our new home with four vans, while Michael Graham was conspicuously absent including the previous owners. To add insult to injury, one of their representatives had the audacity to lecture us on patience instead of taking responsibility for the chaos.
Michael Graham's contribution to the process of handing over the keys was non-existent. We had to wait four excruciating days for the previous owners to move their belongings, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Our movers couldn’t put our stuff as per allocated rooms due to ex-owner belonging. Throughout this ordeal, Michael Graham remained offline and uncontactable, from the day before completion to weeks afterwards. Not once did we receive an apology for their abysmal service.
In summary, our experience with Michael Graham has been a complete disappointment and a source of immense frustration. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have left us deeply dissatisfied. We would strongly advise against using Michael Graham for buying or selling your property. It is a shame and a disappointment to have encountered such poor service.
We will never recommend Michael Graham and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and professional estate agents. Do consider Chewton Rose – Central Milton Keynes, found them very professional and proactive.

Well that was a first time experience. Michael Graham made me an appointment to view a property and they didn’t show and no one was at the property either. Try calling and after 20 mins got through to a call centre who said that they will get the customer service team to call me back. Wasted 50 miles of my time driving there and back. Thanks for NOT apologising for your mistake.

Very helpful from initial valuation to final sale.
Advice given whenever asked for, and always replied to questions.
Looked after all the house viewings, and followed up after each viewing.
Once an offer was accepted Michael Graham then chased this through, with other Agents in the chain, solicitors and my buyer.
They also helped with finding a solicitor and remover.

Richard and Michael were very professional and made my process of selling my property very straightforward. Michael Graham in general were great during our process. Lee in particular was easily reachable and accomodating our various visits to the property. As the sale progressed he was very helpful with keeping us informed and being the go between with solicitors.

From introduction and valuation through to completion always available and supportive throughout sale and purchase.

Richard was very quick to visit, placed on the market and sold - all within 10 days! We had nothing but positive experiences from the whole team. Lee Barry was our main point of contact who managed the numerous back-to-back viewings on the day we sold. We found his friendly approach mixed with his efficient and timely responses very helpful. Brochure was professionally produced and Ollie the photographer was a star. The app was the icing on the cake - it is a great tool to keep you updated on progress 24/7. All in all a great experience for what can be a stressful time. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
